The printer produces crisp and clear images with excellent black and white as well as color reproduction. It gets three stars because of the ink. The printer often registers an “ink low” message, even after just changing the cartridge. I am also disappointed with the HP ink package. I signed up and then a month later received an email that the price for the package was being raised by a dollar a month. Had I known this, I probably wouldn’t have signed up.

This has been a very good printer and scanner. Easy to setup and use. Especially like the ability to print by sending an email. We are also trying the "Instant Ink" service from HP and has been working quite well so far.

Purchased for my home office and this gets the job done. I had been searching for one for awhile and die to the pandemic everywhere was sold out. I lucked up and found this one and I got it at a great price. I highly recommend.

This printer replaced an HP printer purchased in 2007. It is somewhat simpler to use and works satisfactorily. The Best Buy personnel recommended purchasing a new printer rather than trying to repair the old one, and I believe that was the better choice.

I was particular drawn to its unique color, but i have not regretted making this purchase because the printer works excellently for me.

So far, I love it. Love being able to print wirelessly from my phone. Great addition to my office. Just felt it made more since to buy a new printer than to buy expensive ink for one that was kinda outdated.

I bought this as a replacement for my HP 8710, which is discontinued. This printer is slower and a little noisier. The print quality is good. I would have bought another 8710 if it was available.

The printer is slow in responding it could definitely be faster and would need a lot of time to present a big presentation

The set-up instructions were not clear; I had a little difficulty figuring out the paper feed. When I added the paper and turned it on, then over 20 pages were pulled into the printer at one time, and it was difficult to take the printer apart and get the stuck paper out. I had to first use a USB connection, then activate the wireless. Once I downloaded and ran the HPEasyStart software, then the rest of the procedure went well. The instructions were also not clear on which drivers were needed. HP was quick at sending the first free set of ink cartridges.

I have upgraded the quality of printer I have had for the past 3 years and am very pleased with the quality and price of the new HP printer I purchased from Best Buy. The speed and ease of delivery to my home was also important to me.

No complaints yet. It prints and quality is just fine for what I am needing. Seems like a pretty solid bang for the buck.

I don’t like reading directions (I’m a woman) and this was incredibly easy to set up. I can now print from both my laptop and my phone. I needed a home printer after not having access to one bc my office is closed from CV—this is great.

Nice to work with an HP printer again. I had two other brands between this one and my last one. So far it's doing just fine and I'm glad to be back.

The printer is quiet and fast. I have not used it a lot however with my experience h/p has always offered me a quality product. I am looking forward to using it more.

This is a great all in one printer. It is much faster than my old HP printer. I had some problems setting it up at the end with the scanner and found out you need a land line for the fax to work...

I have had it for a few months now, and I think it works great. I have not had any paper jams yet and it prints pretty fast for its size. I mainly use it for printing school stuff like assignments and PowerPoints.

Nice and sturdy unit. parts are solid, not flimsy like other printers. prints excellent. Ink levels are checked automatically and new ink is sent when you are low.

LIke this printer so far. Good quality print, Scans weel, but it is a bit slow in 'Prepping.' Software is useful and easy to understand.

I replaced a HP 7325 printer that wouldn't scan any longer with the OfficeJet Pro 8035. It prints cleanly and quickly and scans with ease from the HP Smart app. Very pleased with the performance so far with 1 month of usage.
