it took some patience to get it all set up, including the monthly ink program. It is all done now, printer works great, prints pages quickly and legibly. Very satisfied with the machine. Still waiting for the first ink refill to show up.

I got this printer printer primarily because of the auto-duplex feature which works good. I have had to deal with a couple of paper jams due to the way the paper tray is setup.

Love this new printer of mine! It was so easy to connect thru WiFi, like absolutely no lag time. I just downloaded the app on my phone, picked something to print, and voila! So simple! And print quality is great too

You can never reconnect to a different WiFi and the support does not help. They just try to sell you other services. Do not waist you time with them.

So far so good. They do not make them like they use to. Waiting for it to break down just over a year like the last three printers we have purchased.

This is one of my favorite brand Printers. Real great print quality and text prints as good as laser printers. Did tech support help on the scan to PDF email setup was a little tricky.

Very good quality printer for the price. I don't print many copies but I do use the scan feature with my smartphone and it's a breeze to do . Goes right to you email so it can be sent right away

The printer is actually what I was looking for. I’m using it for both personal and business needs.

A plus with this printer is the USB port on the left side which allows printing a document or photo from a thumb drive. Only reason for 4 stars at this point is that I need to have Geek Squad walk me through final connection to my phone with the printer's stand-alone Wi-Fi address it creates. I do not have home Wi-Fi, hence the reason for the purchase. Once that is corrected it will do everything I need. Very nice is the document feeder and automatic creation of scanned files to a thumbdrive.

A nice quite Printer at a good price. I've only had mine for a month, but I'm very happy with it. The colors are sharp and the printing is fast. Hope this helps you.

I love the printer. However, almost 90% of the time my scans are showing up - CROOKED. Not good when you are trying to submit a resume, online. Apparently, when I purchased it, I should have had 7/8 months worth of toner. (Did not use it for atleast 3 months) Not so, I printed out a few resumes and shorty, thereafter I had to purchase 2 new toner cartridges. Annd, yes I am making sure my page is straight when placing it on to the feeder. (For scanning)

The printing is good and all the options of printing from tablet, phone, usb, etc. is great. However, the quality of the printer tray is very disappointing. Very light! Afraid it will break when pulling out and in. There is width adjusters but no length adjuster to hold paper in place when moving in and out. We’ve had an HP printer for 20+ years. You would think the quality of construction would improve not decrease.

Perfect for home business , easy to program, the WiFi set up is very convenient to receive emails and faxes, the colors are awesome very quiet and the ink refill works right on the spot. Excellent purchase for 130.00

Our "home" printer that does just about anything that we ask of it. Quick, quiet and fast. Really a great addition.

Have an older model of this printer as well. They have kinda big footprint and all printer ink is $$$ but these are great printers. Happy with ease of use, scan program, prompt and quick.

Needed a replacement printer. Not worth buying a new print head. This is reasonably priced and has all the bells and whistles that I need.

Replacing our HP Officejet 6035 that we had for 4 years. This is a great replacement. Easy installation and so far prints GREAT!
