Waste of money!

I spent hours on the phone with the hp customer service to get this printer to work, and it continued to go idle or was not found. They had me reset the printer multiple times, and then on the last customer service call they told me they would send me a new printer. I never got it, instead was sent ink for a printer that takes an hour to finally connect. Now I can't return it because its passed the 14 days.

This is a good printer although the scanning function is not consistent. I cannot seem to get the scanning completed if I use the document feeder. It also has started squeaking when I print. I've only had the printer for about two weeks. I bought this to replace the HP 6555e, which I also reviewed and would not purchase again.

I always get an HP printer and they always seem to last 6-8 years. Can’t complain about that in an age where things are seemingly always made to break

I keep getting messages on phone saying printer blocked. I am at wit's end with this printer! It replaced an HP printer that was hooked up to phone and computer with no problems. . . .just wasn't printing well so decided it was time to get a new one. DO NOT recommend this one if you are looking for an easy plug and play.
