Great printer, beyond expectations! So easy to install and use.

Great printer snd easy setup. However, it was delivered wth one of the rollers for the paper brken end loose inside the printer. The manager at our store exchanged the part for one from a floor model. Works great now.

I wish I had purchased this printer earlier ! It is easy to install & use. Enter 1 number & you’re done. Special incentive even automatically activated itself. I can always rely on Best Buy when I want to find a quality item at a good price.

It’s a very nice printer, but it was really hard to get it online and I also had trouble with my phone connecting to it Not a bad deal for the price, would recommend.

Hp printer works great and prints everything clear with no issues. Having to install some software for scanning which was kind of a pain in the neck but once installed had no other issues.

It works very well for home office use. It took a moment to get the scanner set up but the initial set up was quick and easy. This was a good purchase.

We purchased the HP OfficeJet Pro 8139e to replace an older HP all in one. Setup was very easy but, a word of caution-- twisting the piece of plastic off of the ink cartridges can be a bit messy. I have printed a few different things since installation without problems. Printing is super quick and quiet. Scanning is very easy too. The signup process for the year of Instant Ink was convenient (in fact, our first order has already been shipped) but, if you don't want it, just remember to cancel before the trial ends. Overall, so far, so good! I would recommend.

Old printer was giving me problems, was old, always by HP because easy to use, connected smoothly, works great.

This model was recommended to replace our 10 year old HP8620. So far, it functions well. We don't like the smaller display or the fact that the paper tray does not hold as much as the old one. Time will tell if it holds up.

So far, everything has been good. I had a couple of issues with my iPhone finding the printer but I attribute that to my AT&T WiFi service. Ink for this printer is really expensive. $94 for the ink.

HP 8139 Instant Ink printer is so awesome that I am buying a second one for my home office! I print thousands of pages a year…letters to clients, quotes, brochures, meeting outlines…because the printer is so reliable, I don’t have to have an outside print company on call for the majority of my work load! I love the quality, price and reliability of my HP Printer!

Great printer! Fast. The one substantial issue I take is it doesn't have a "catcher for the print copies.

EZ setup. Performance is very good and you can’t beat the price. I had a question regarding one of the functions and the support was impeccable.

Best Buy did a great job with this new printer. Why did I not rate it higher? Because of HP, had issues with the directions on set up and it didn’t work until the next morning. Almost boxed the new printer up and returned it to the store but I noticed that over night it had completed the set up and has worked just fine since!

Print quality is great. Set up was simple and easy. Wireless connection to my computor easy and works fine.

This printer is fast and easy to operate. I really like how easy it is to change out the ink cartridges. It holds alot of paper, so I don't have to keep stopping my printing to add paper. I recommend this printer. John 14:6

It works good. Its a bit noisy and not fast. The scanner works great but again isn't fast. It does the job though and the price was good.
