Why wont it scan to Mac?!?!

This is AGGRAVATING!!!! It will print and do most everything else but it will NOT scan!!!! AND THATS WHAT I BOUGHT IT FOR T-T

Easy to set up and use

Printer for envelopes

Also coming from the 8700 series, this printer is not as sturdy and paper tray is very flimsy plastic
