Good quality, had a tough time setting up email

I needed a 2 sided scanner and this printer had what I needed. Only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star rating is that I was unable to set up scanning to my Gmail and the online customer service did not help, but I figured out an acceptable workaround.

Terrible Printer - Don't Buy

This printer has been problematic since day one. The driver just stops working from time to time, and I have to remove the printer drivers and reinstall them every month or so. Also, I don't understand why the company has to force the printer that you buy outright to go through their website to be able to do anything with it. I want to be able to use a printer that I buy without having to go online. The overall interface for this printer is terrible. This is the last HP printer I buy.

Excellent Printer For Small Business/Professional

It scans great, handles multiple sizes of paper, and its Instant Ink abilities avoid the inevitable "out of ink" crisis in life! Highly recommend!
