We had an HP printer in the past (almost 8 yrs), so this was to replace it. When we went to install it we discovered that someone else had had it and it was broken. So we had to make a special trip to Best Buy to get it replaced. Best Buy replaced it with no problem but it was upsetting that we had to go through that. And the saddest part was that the employee did not even apologize for our inconvenience. The new one works great and I hope we can get another 8 years with this one.

The best wireless printer I have used so far. Easy to setup and has the ability to scan multiple docs at one time.

I previously owned the original 9015 until the printer cartridge became stuck and the printer became unusable. I had that printer for two years before the mechanical issue developed. I ordered Model 9015e, an upgrade, because I had been totally satisfied with the original version. The printer produces crisp color and bxw pages in a timely manner; it prints on both sides of paper without the ink running. I was totally pleased with the outcome of several color photos I printed on 5x7 photo paper. I've only had positive experiences with other features of this printer with regard to copying, faxing and scanning with the HP Smart App. Also HP techanical support is extremely responsive and a live person will assist with any issues. I recommend this printer without reservation.

I bought this printer based on reviews and am happy to contribute my own "thumbs up" for it. It replaced a 4-year-old Epson WorkForce, which suddenly stopped working and could not be brought back to life even after working through all troubleshooting recommendations and conversations with Epson. The HP-OfficeJet Pro 9015e was delivered quickly from Best Buy, and it was easy to set up to work wirelessly with both my computers (iMac and PC) and my iPhone. So far, the printing quality has been much better than any other home printer I've ever had. It's too soon to make any long-term assessment, but so far, everything has been fine, and I'm very happy with the purchase.

Excellent printer! Picks up 65lb card stock without hesitation and creates gorgeous prints on all types of paper. Easy to setup, highly recommend!

Printer looks elegant, easy to use and value for money. After sales service from HP is great.

The printer is very good for a small home business, with the added bonus of ink being sent when the printer notifies HP of low ink levels. Contrary to other comments about the printer shooting out papers onto the floor, I have not found that the printer does this. Most printers have a slight push out at the end of printing a paper, but this extra push is not enough to float papers to the floor. I give it a 5 star for connecting, printing, copying and scanning. Recommend purchasing it!

Great looking printer with small footprint. Easy to use. Good print quality. I love that there is just one screen that operates the unit, so the printer is 'clean' looking.

Works great Color is sharp and clear. Feeder tray is good for all a round documents. Easy to connect

This is probably the best printer I've had. Fast, quiet, and easy setup- even using a smartphone and 4 different computers at home.

Fast, great copies, easy to operate. Wonderful 6 mo free ink! Do "Ink on Demand", so convenient and economical.

Great printer but a bit sentimental. Printing quality is great and works very well for a work from home environment. Or school work. However, She is very very specific about her type. She only likes genuine HP ink cartridges and even then sometimes she wakes up not recognizing the cartridges and you can’t print. I recommend always using genuine ink and also set up your default setting on black and white. Manually update if you need to print in color. The color cartridges are significantly smaller than the black one and if any of them runs out when you still have a full black cartridge, she will not print. If possible always keep a spare set of ink.

Ordered this item on 23 Nov and it arrived on 25 Nov!! Very easy to set up, and works great. Set up on a homem network and now am able to use on three home PCs and several mobile devices - outstanding!

Easy to set up, high-quality printer. Appreciate the speed of the printer and its ability to print two sided. I have only had this for a month, so time will tell about its durability. Happy so far.

Great value for the money; Was very easy to set up, including the wireless link and creating an HP Account. The size was perfect for a home office and it is easy to use.

This printer is a life saver. So easy to use and so fast. It makes my wife's live so much easier.

This printer is very good...BUT... HP, Canon, Epson, etc, are ALL making printers that are cheapy made, not as sturdy as they were years ago. The plastic is more flimsy, the trays do not fit as snugly, and so on. Again, this is not just HP, but ALL manufacturers. One case in point: This 9015e was purchased to replace an HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 that decided to stop printing correctly. The 8610 is not terribly old, but is far more sturdy in its build. Bottom line: the 9015 prints very well (documents & photos) but quality in materials has diminished across the spectrum of all manufacturers. The 3 stars I gave it under Quality are for the construction material, NOT the quality of the printing.
