I’m enjoying my new printer. Easy to use and setup. Reliable and ready when I need it. Instant ink is the best!

HP All-in-One is an adequate replacement.

It is a typical HP all-in-one; it seems to everything my previous HP all-in-one did. Some reviews say photo quality isn't the best, but I rarely print photos. It is quick and quiet with crisp black printing of text and good color rendition. My one caveat is that I had to go through hoops to do the simple "scan to computer" that my older OfficeJet Pro 6970 had; after a round with Tech support I found one setting that almost worked; there is a "scan to network folder" that is almost as good but requires a bit more setup. It's working fine for me now.

It was pretty easy to set up. I have found that it does have a small problem working with my phone, not sure if it’s the printer or the operator, lol. It is a little bit louder than the hp office Jet 4650 that I had. Just wish it would have come in the black.

Needed a new printer. This model closely matched what my old dead OfficeJet 8600 did. Decided I didn’t really need Level 3 PostScript emulation so I saved a bunch of money there. Setup was fairly easy although the new web interface took a little getting used to. Note this model was advertised as having 2 paper trays. No true. It is one tray that feeds the printer and the second tray is where the printed pages are output. Sorry, but that is not 2 paper trays. My old 8600 had 2 actual trays. I put letter in one and legal in the other. This is very misleading on the part of HP and Best Buy. Print quality and speed are as expected. I would recommend this to a friend.

Bought for home use on recommendation from New York Times' Wirecutter. From an Epson inkjet to this is a very welcome step up in reliability. Works great. No 5th star because plastic components seem awfully flimsy, app installation not so friendly, and I'm a little dismayed at how fast it's going through ink. Otherwise very pleased.

I bought this printer to replace a decade old Epson inkjet printer. I use this in my home office & while it doesn't see loads of heavy use, it has performed flawlessly on the few hundred prints I've processed. Wireless set up was a breeze! I've subscribed to the HP instant Ink program, so not having to ever worry about running out of ink is a huge plus!

Great printer, easy to set up. Prints come out very nice and the automatic ink refill is awesome as my refills came in a week after I bought the printer. This allows you to have them on hand.

Our last HP printer died and is no longer made. This one was listed as the closest replacement, so I ordered it. It was very easy to set up and it works great. We already have an HP account and an instant ink subscription so it was easy to swap everything out. The scan to computer does not work with a Mac, which is annoying, but I was able to download the HP Smart app to scan.
