Ok printer. Set up was a little challenging to my laptop but ok to my Samsung phone. The pinter is nice and compact. The WiFi is a little hinkie to connect with the 5g dont quite understand but was able make the changes. The printer is far more advanced to my last all in one printer 7310 which HP stop making the ink.

I had difficulty setting up this printer. The written instructions consist of a page of pictures which basically show that you should remove the packing materials. Maybe the problem was because I had to stop the process and started up again the next day. However I recommend using the smartphone app to set it up. That solved my problems. And it also seems to make it easy to scan and fax. I have so far only printed a small amount of pages. The early print jobs spit out a few blank pages and a few incomplete pages. When that happened it sensed the problem and reprinted the whole job instead of just the bad pages. I wonder how many pages it counted towards my HP Instant Ink page limit! To get the negative points out of the way 1st, I had trouble inserting the print cartridges. I found that there was a loose screw lying in the track that I had to remove. I hope this did not fall out of the printer. It does seem to make a lot of noise when you turn it on and when it prints. Anyway, I gave it 4 stars because it does seem to print well and works beautifully with the app. Also, I'm amazed at the technology compared to the OfficeJet 7310xi which lasted 25 years!

I am pleased with the purchase of this HP multi-function printer. It was easy to set up, and its use was intuitive. In addition, the print quality is outstanding.

Love HP Printers, so that is the only brand I looked at. Compared several, finally decided on the Office Pro 9015. This printer is amazing. An absolutely workhorse. My favorite thing is it prints both sides at same time, I like to design an print directories for several groups I belong too. Just made one for music class would have made my life so much easier if had bought this printer a month ago. LOVE IT, Wireless and works in whole house (feature always had it) Easy to set up.

I had the same printer but it had 2 drawers and I do miss the second paper tray! Also had no problems with it until about 2 months ago and every time I print more then 2 pages front to back it will not keep printer- never had this trouble with my other printer and had it just 2 years when it stopped working! I have only owned HP Printers for 37 years!

Bought this printer as a last minute replacement for my old one that quick working. I love the speed of the printer but I’m not sure if I love the quality. I print on 100lb heavy cardstock, the paper comes out slight rolled and the black isn’t as vibrant as my precious printer. I do love the quality of photos and the app feature.

Fast and efficient printer and copier. Works as expected. Easy setup. Stays connected and wakes easily in print spoiler requests.

Great printer. We've had a few and this one has been the best. We've had no issues in our first year.

Prints fast, good interface. Housing seems flimsy compared to previous models. And wish the exit tray extended farther

I've had my HP Office Jet Pro 9015e for about a month. Printing and scanning functions work quite well. The auto-feed function is very much appreciated. Duplex printing worked as well. My initial impression is that the unit is not as well built as printers I've had in the past, but time will tell. My last printer lasted six years, so that is my reference point. The printer was fairly easy to set up. One other thing -- I'd give my eyeteeth for a proper user's manual.

I bought this printer because my old printer wouldn’t print clear. This one was easy to setup on my network and it works great. This is a good buy.

So far so good. Out of ink already but I understand cartridges aren't as full as when you purchase them! Prints and copies fast. Quality good. HP bottle printers weren't available at that time. Don't care to subscribe with Instant Ink.

bought this model because we do a lot of document scanning and this would do duplex scans. Haven't tried that yet but printing and scanning that we've done has been fast and easy
