    Terrific, tho setup challenging

    This is a very effective powerful printer with lots of heavy duty features, including automatically doing a number of routine things. The set up ischallenging, but after about 3 hours it was accomplished. The ink deal that HP offers is not a particularly good idea, because whenever you decide to quit using your printer after paying HP for all that ink ... 0all of a sudden all of the remaining ink in your printer is locked and unavailable. Obvious attempt to make sure that you buy ink only from HP. The XL cartridges cost around $90 for the Tri color and another $90 for two black XL cartridges. Whew!

    I definitely wasn’t expecting to be wowed by a printer. That is, until I got this one. Once I managed to get everything set up it was a breeze to work with. Great features, expected quality printing as expected from HP...and can handle any heavy use printing you throw it’s way. Definitely a great workhorse for your office space needs. It’s big though so if you’re in the available space you have for a printer then this may be a problem for you (but it’s worth it to get creative with your setup!).

    Another Reliable HP Printer

    I've had HP printers for what feels like forever. It was time for an upgrade and the 9025 was the perfect replacement printer. This one feels more like a workhorse than my last. Easy setup, multiple paper trays, mobile printing, faster scanning, and sharing to the cloud make this a great home office printer. I'm still getting used to that last one, where I can connect my printer directly to my Google Drive. You do have to put your trust in the system to protect access to your drive. At least with HP, I do, so far. Still putting printer through its paces but so far looks like a great decision.

    Good value printer. It is the top of the line inkjet. I got the printer on sale with a small discount for turning in an older printer. This led to a good deal. The printer seems nice. The only area for improvement that I have run into at this point is the small screen size and the less that user friendly set up for scanning to email and computer. The Wi-Fi set up was reasonably quick. I am hoping that this printer works as well as my last HP inkjet that has lasted me a decade and is actually still working ok.

    Bought the HP Office Jet Pro 9025 to replace the HP PSC 950 we had for 17 years. We've had it now for about a month. Will this new HP printer last as long? We'll just have to wait and see. It was easy to set up and establish WiFi connectivity and has functioned perfectly so far. We did look at a few "How To" videos on the Internet about setting up the printer, which were helpful. Recommend doing that before beginning the set up process. We love this new HP printer!

    The printer is great. I can easily access it from my smartphone and scan documents directly to my phone or print from my phone. The quality is great compared to my older printers. It scans and prints fairly faster too. It's a little bulky, but its size is smaller than your typical side table. So far, I've had no issue. I did print an image from my phone and it had lines across it. This printer is definitely mainly for documents and not for images anyways, but this might be a deal breaker for others.

    This printer has surpassed my expectations. It was actually very easy to set up and took less than 10 minutes. The print quality is very good and it is pretty fast in copying, printing, and scanning. The HP smart print app adds a great deal of functionality including the ability to print from your iPad or iPhone (or other smart device if you are not an Apple person.) It connected automatically to our wireless network I have not had any issues using yet over the past few days.

    I bought this printer to replace an Officejet 8600 that I really like. I only wanted to replace it because the document feeder stopped working. This printer is a big disappointment. All of the menu options are gone. It will only scan to a photo format. Jpg etc. No PDF option. All of the photo printing options are gone. It's one size fits all. Unfortunately, by the time I figured all this out, it was to late to return it.

    Some occasional issues

    Overall the printer is easy to install and works fine... most of the time. Often, the printer does not wake-up when a print is requested. You have to wake it up manually, sometimes print from another software to have your initially requested print function. Furthermore, what is with their control software? The fonts are so tiny on ANY of my screens that I have to use a magnifier to read them and use the software.

    I will jump in and tell the only thing that is a challenge with this printer, The setup and installation is not the easiest of HP printers, but once the installation is done.this is by far the best printer available for any home or small business. Admittedly it may price some folks out of home use but for me personally I am excited to have such a great product. The printing and scan features are perfect.

    This printer is replacing an HP all in one printer from previous years and since it lasted a long time I opted for another HP. This printer has everything I need, and wanted, and more. It prints wirelessly, clearly, quickly and two sided, or one-sided, as you desire. You can also email the printer to print remotely. The control panel and app are user-friendly and intuitive to use. I highly recommend this printer.

    Misleading Specs

    The dimensions supplied by HP are misleading. While it is 15.6" deep, the power cord connects to the way back of the device and sticks out another 1.5". By way of contrast, the network cable connection is recessed and does not impact the dimensions. I bought this specifically to fit in a tight space and it does not. Very disappointed. This is a rookie mistake for a company as big as HP.

    This is the latest model and the 3rd HP printer I have purchased. Each time I have been very pleased. The past models have provided many high quality copies including pictures. As on the new printer i have printed professional brochures. Having two trays for different type of paper is efficient. I am extremely pleased. The iink program is cost effective.

    Purchased this printer for making custom greeting cards so needed a printer that would reliably print cardstock. So far it’s done okay with that. Unfortunately I’m seeing thin white horizontal lines on prints with dark colors. Tried all the diagnostic tests recommended and couldn’t find anything specific so guess it’s just a print quality issue.

    Big printer with many features!

    It took me quite some time to set this printer up, but the outcome has been wonderful. I don’t have to go to pay to copy, or fax print because I have it at home! I’ve had a previous HP basic printer and this is a major upgrade. I love that I can print anything from my iphone. The only 2 cons I would have to give is that it is fairly bulky and uses laser ink.

    I really like this printer. Lot's of software settings to facilitate just the printout you want. Good scan features and I frequently use the option of copying multiple 1-sided documents into 2-sided paper saving prints. It seems to be of a high quality build.

    Printer has not worked since we bought it and have spent several hours with your staff on the phone, trying to diagnose. Said you were sending a new printer head which still has not arrived. Plan to take it back to you. Usually your products are great.

      My sincerest apologies for the troubles you've had with the printer and the time you had to spend trying to resolve them with our support team. It's disappointing to hear that you haven't received the printhead yet, but I want to assure you that we'll do everything we can to make this right.

      What I'd recommend if you haven't already returned the printer, is contacting our support team for an update on the printhead's arrival. I'm not too sure of the details you were provided with, but they would be more than happy to address any questions you have.
