Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the OfficeJet Pro 9025's print quality, ease of use, and performance. Many appreciate the dual paper trays and the straightforward setup process. However, some users find the printer to be somewhat loud and on the larger side. The wireless functionality and scanning capabilities also receive positive feedback.

Great print speed and quality nightmare Mac setup

This printer if fast and the quality of the print is very good. That being said I have a new Macbook and setting up this printer has been a nightmare. I have been working with computers and printers since the first IBM XT and AT's. I am not at novice doing this. First off the documentation with this printer is almost non existent. I wanted one tray to have letter and one tray to have legal so I put letter in tray 1 and legal in tray 2. In the setting I told it what was where and then tried to print on legal and it worked but it doesn't duplex on legal. Then I tried to print something on letter and it only came out on legal. I switched paper in the trays and tried again and it still only came out on legal. In the settings it lets you choose the default tray and to lock a tray so it won't be used unless you choose the paper type in that tray when printing. I did this and it still pulled legal. I emptied the legal tray and it said I had no paper. The only way I could get it to print on letter was to put letter in both trays. I've printed 91 pages and only about 20-25 were what I wanted. I have a 6 month trial for their automatic ink plan which gives me 100 sheets a month. It doesn't have any way to tell them that I have 50 or 60 wasted pages printed because their setup is so bad. Luckily I get 700 pages a month for the 6 month trial so hopefully I will get it setup by then so I don't waste pages. The other issue I have is setting up my SMTP server. I have used the same settings I have on my Outlook and iPhone and no matter what I use I get a failed message. I also set it up on my Windows 11 laptop and that is a little easier. I would recommend on a Windows PC but caution on a Mac. It may be that this is all normal on a Mac since the Mac is new to me and Mac users will have no difficulty with it.

Love this printer! Easy set, prints beautifully, a little noisey, fast and efficient. Replaced the HP that is right underneath this one and what an exceptional product! Wish I had done it sooner. Ideal for at home office

It was a replacement for my old Jetpro 8060. The 9025e installed practically by itself and was ready to run in 5 minutes. The new ink cartridges were a little bit difficult to insert and I had to be reinserted several times to have a good contact. The printing is very fast but a little bit noisy. This printer seems to be a little sensitive to the paper quality, I had several paper jams, easy to clear with the rollers accessible thru a simple trap door at the back of the printer.

I'm a long time HP OfficeJet user who uses their printer until is breaks then gets whatever the current comparable model is. In this case it was the OfficeJet Pro 9025E and it does not disappoint. Print speed is quick, print quality is great (as expected), and the bonus of having a second paper tray is welcomed. Setup with a wired network didn't require more effort than plugging in the network patch cable and making a few selections on the app. My household supports Windows, Android, Mac, iPhone, and iPads throughout the week and no devices have any trouble connecting and printing.

This printer has been terrific. Documents look great and the photos I’ve printers have come out far better than expected since this is not billed as a photo printer. Setup was a breeze and I had no difficulty connecting to my home network. My complaint is that For some reason I can’t scan to my computer from the touch screen on the printer. It’s not a large problem because I can use the HP Smart app on my Mac to run scans. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but if it keeps working the way it has so far it will be worth it. This replaced two Epson printers each of which broke in less than a year. Hoping the HP lasts substantially longer.

We bought this printer as we loved our HP 8600 which finally broke down and was unfixable. The HP 9025e has not let us down. My wife runs a daycare and at times needs to run multiple pages printing on both sides and this machines does it with ease. Having the second drawer full of paper helps as she can fills both trays and can print all her pages for each parent without any problems. The scanning we both use as a musician I like to scan my music in my computer or IPad and it works with ease. I would highly recommend this printer it works how it should without any problmes

I’ve come to love how easy and reliable HP wireless printers are. I have an HP laser at work that was great from my laptop and mobile devices. When COVId hit I bought an Brother printer for my home office. That Brother was total junk and lasted literally 2-3 months. I went back and turned to tried and true HP. I bought this deskjet. It did not disappoint. Set up was very simple. Downloading the drivers to our computers was seamless. And it hasn’t had any issues at all. I really appreciate the scanning and duplex printing at this level. Definitely would recommend. Seamless mobile integration too.
