This is a great printer. It does everything I need it to do and the quality is great. I needed to print something 2-sided and found out it does it already. It occasionally disconnects from the internet and I have to restart it but that could be an issue with my home wifi. Otherwise it works great. I recommend it.

Great Office Printer! Purchased this for my daughter and her husband and they love it! They can print from the phone or a computer just by downloading the hp app. And you get 6 months of free ink which is the best to have if you print a lot of copies. They are very happy that they have this printer!!

I am very happy with my HP 9025e printer. It is super-fast when printing a document. I have not yet explored all the things that this printer provides but I have never been disappointed with HP printers. I am equally satisfied with Best Buy for an easy, quick and informed buying experience. I will definitely buy from them in the future.

HP - OfficeJet Pro 9025e Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer is definitely an upgrade from the last version I purchased 2 years ago. I enjoy the quality print of each paper as well as the speed it delivers with each print job so far. This model compared to others I have owned truly prints front and back. A plus would be if HP would add a staple option at this affordable price vs office prices! Cons so far is the size but with the features as you can read on Best Buy's page is worth dealing with. Also who can say no to a free 6 months of Instant Ink Included with HP+?? Ink delivered to you when your machine is low without you needing to know about it! Scratch that off your "To do list!" Being able to have the option to scan to your phone or computer makes this printer complete convenience. I know other models allows you to do this but this model is accessible with "HP+" app which includes more features. As always you can fax from phone and save your documents to your cloud storage. After scanning is completed. Can you say game changer?? This printer is ideal for anyone new to having a printer or just needing an upgrade. Do not let the price scare you away. Remember you get what you pay for and this awesome machine pays for itself.

1 year of use for small business review...... purchased 2, one for work office and one for home office. First off the appearance and size not terrible. Scanner works great, makes copies well and prints clearly however..... There are several little annoyances that build up with this model. If you run out of a particular ink color and want to use just the black ink until you can replace the empty cartridge be ready to sit right next to the printer and hit "ok" on every single document printed even if you choose print in black from computer. This isn't always possible in a work environment. It won't remember your documents in the print queue either so if you print reports and don't hit ok within a certain time you will lose order of whatever you were printing. Also, the computer chip inside printer blocks other cartridges that are not HP brand from being used with printer. Another thing that happens is the paper tray that holds the printed pages blocks the top paper tray from opening to load paper. Currently I can only use the bottom tray because top won't open. The other thing is ADS. You have to load their software onto your device to print and it has taken over my computer with pop ups that are very annoying and distracting while trying to work. I was able to turn off a few... supposedly... but haven't figured out how to completely turn them off they still pop up on my desktop computer. And if the printer is linked to your phone and you have one in your bedroom be prepared to hear and see the scanner lights going off randomly at all hours when you aren't even scanning anything. I took app off my phone and problem stopped. Phone nor printer would be in use at the time.

Great printer! Crisp clear prints, fast, but I don’t like the fact to be able to send print jobs from multiple devices, each device must download an app. Why? I think that is totally unnecessary. Very inconvenient.

I got this hp printer delivered in two days. It was very easy to set up and connect it to my Wifi system. It has worked great. I signed up for the printers ink with paper from HP plus. It’ll be sent in the mail before I run out at a lower cost then buying it in the office supply store.

My old printer was around 12 years old, still worked but was slow so I decided to get a new one. I checked the specs of 4 HP printers and settled on this one, Glad I did. Easy to setup, super fast and colors are very vivid. Good buy.

I’ve had issues with the scanner. Think I finally got it resolved by installing a separate printer that is for scanning only. Printer is much faster than my old Epson printer. Printer is loud.

I was in need of a printer urgently and Best Buy came in clutch with this one. Easy to use and set up. A bit noisy but what printer isn’t. Performance is great. Print quality is really good and I can print directly from my phone.

I love this printer!!! It's so intuitive and does absolutely everything I need it to do. It even prints two sided (found this out by accident, lol). I love the scanning and copying functionalities as well, Well worth the extra money for this unit as opposed to some of the less expensive options.

Good printer! Fast and nice clean copies. I do wish the touch screen was a little larger. I have to admit that I really like my old Officejet Pro 8620 better, but sadly, it died after a long, busy life!

Old HP printer All-In-One finally died after many years of service, so of course purchased a Newer HP printer. Prints great but the new scanner will now scan both sides at the same time, which is much faster.

Initial setup was flawless. It practically took care of itself. Love the print quality and flexability of HP Smart s/w. Works very smoothly and quietly with top feeder or either tray. Also like the fact that its WiFi. No more cables so I can print from any device in the house. I would rate it with 5 stars but im dissappointed with the extremely flimsy front panel hinges. C'mon HP, you can do better than these flimsy plastic hinge designs. Mine came with the right hinge and support arm broken. Still works great. I just have to be careful opening the front panel.

I have been using an earlier version of this printer for our years. I just upgraded to the new version to replace the aging but still productive unit and receive some new features. It is a workhouse! It prints everything-documents, brochures and photos. And it is fast.

Had a epson 2750 i think and it was terrible, bought this for college and its the best, prints fast and color accuracy is perfect. Just the ink is costly.

I buy only HP printers because they work consistently. I bought will help of HP rep that was in the story. I bought inkjet because they print photos better than laser. Great printer. Works great.

I am very happy with my purchase. It works as described. Super easy to set up or print from all devices. No issues printing from an iphone or galaxy phones. Print quality is good & I especially like having the two paper trays for more options.

A work horse and finally after three years of almost daily use, it went to printer heaven and replaced it with another.
