Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the OfficeJet Pro 9025's print quality, ease of use, and performance. Many appreciate the dual paper trays and the straightforward setup process. However, some users find the printer to be somewhat loud and on the larger side. The wireless functionality and scanning capabilities also receive positive feedback.

The 9025e is a winner with me

This replaced my old HP printer, both with similar features, with the 9025e also accepting 14" paper and documents, an added feature but not essential. So far performance is similar to the old printer and I'm satisfied with the new one. Also, I continued using InstantInk with the new printer, I find it convenient and probably lower-cost printing in the long run. The 9025e is a winner for me.

This printer is outstanding. I have not had problems however I am still trying to get it to print with the top drawer which I think is classified as tray 2.

THIS HP 9025A COLOR PRINTER IS MUCH BETTER THAN I THOUGHT IT WOULD BE. IT PRINTS FAST, AND COLOR IS MAGNIFICENT. IT'S A GREAT PRINTER FOR THE PRICE.

After a few weeks of usage, the performance and features implemented on this printer are impressive. Fast, Enhanced Scanning, etc. I wanted to buy the 8025e instead, but no inventory in stores during a pressed need; so I bought this. I'm sure the 8025e would have sufficed. Pretty expensive for Home needs, but indeed impressive. I hope this stands the test of time and NOT suffer a fatal print head failure like my previous Office Jet PRO a few months shy of 2 years.

HP doesn’t disappoint when it comes to the “All in One”. This was a replacement for the last model that lasted about 5 years before deciding to upgrade.

We purchased this printer for our small office about 2 years from the time I wrote this review, and let me tell you, it is still going strong. We print about 100 to 200 pages a day. Between 3D renderings, Estimates, Invoices, Floor Plans, Contracts, emails, and more. This printer never has a hiccup. The only thing we replace is the paper and ink. Ink longevity is ok, but not the best.

For the money you pay I wouldn’t be surprised of this product cost 20 bucks to make in China. It says cheap as they come very flimsy and then they try to push you on their monthly ink subscriptions and if you go over your limit you get huge bills, which I stopped doing. Now I’ve had the machine barely over a year and it constantly has programming issues and now the little teeny two cent plastic wheel that takes documents in for scanning broke. Luckily, I bought the extended warranty because if you’re gonna buy this machine don’t bother unless you do get the extended warranty nothings made to last apparently just keep filling the landfills with disposable products

Had to replace my HP 8710 as one of the roller pins came out so I replaced it with this one. The few reviews I read were valid. The output tray doesn't expand to fit 8 1/2 x 11. And if I have to print 8 1/2 x 14 (haven't tried yet) it will not lay on the output tray flap and will probably land on the floor. Thus far, it gets the job done.
