Using this as a replacement printer for my now dead HP8600. Always been an HP fan for their ease of use and compatibility with various devices. Only strange thing is that it actually offers more compatible and versatile options when using wireless printing from my computer rather than having it hard wired but it prints great, quickly, and looks nice in the counter.

Prints fast no issues at all. Way better than the epson that i had.

Works well, easy setup, small footprint. Not as sturdily made as HP printers of the past.

We are very happy with this printer. Are use it for personal use. But so far we have not had any problems with the machine.

Bought this to replace an older HP model. Has all the bells & whistles. Wireless setup was very easy. Two paper trays are most convenient - I use one for paper, one for envelopes. Duplex scanning is fast and accurate. Can't comment on the Fax capability. Printing is crisp and streak-free.

10/10 would NEVER purchase a HP product again. Literally will NOT allow you to print without a subscription to their ink. Absolutely insane. Im not opposed to subscriptions but when i can't get more product to have on hand & then run out - its totally unacceptable especially for a business. It won't work with HP brand cartridges - only the subscription ones. We tried for 6 months to find a solution, we ended up throwing it in the dumpster and purchasing NOT an HP printer and have been happy. Stay AWAY from this product unless you like someone being able to control whether or not you can print something on a printer YOU already purchased.

three different models (9025, 9015, and 9135). When they work, they perform well. The print quality is solid, they operate fairly quietly, and I like their sleek design. However, they don’t seem to be as durable as older models. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced frequent issues across all three printers. HP Smart often fails to detect the scanner, requiring me to spend 30 minutes rebooting or toggling between wired and wireless connections just to get it working. At times, the printer mistakenly reports that it's out of paper when it’s fully stocked or shows as offline even though it’s connected to the same network and accessible via the web interface. I’ve spent countless hours on the phone with HP support, but despite the printers being under warranty, the issues remain unresolved, and no replacements have been offered. Frustrated, I’ve finally switched to Canon. HP, you’ve lost a loyal customer.

After 5 years of use, a circuit board in my HP 576dw (Pagewide) printer failed. After consulting with HP support, I decided that the time and cost to repair that printer was simply not worth it, and I began a search for a replacement. I eventually settled on the OfficeJet Pro 9025, which has the features I wanted, and fortunately was about half the cost of the 576dw. I've now had this printer for a few months and I'm very pleased with the performance. In terms of speed, it does take a bit longer for the first page of any print job to come out, but any subsequent pages are printed quickly. The print quality, although not as good as laser, is comparable to the best of the ink-jet outputs, and the color output is excellent too. The one complaint I have is one that other reviewers have mentioned. The paper receiving tray is simply to small to properly hold the paper ... especially if you're printing on anything larger than the standard 8.5 x 11. It just doesn't extend out far enough. On the other hand, I've used the scanner a few times now and the reproduction is excellent in my opinion.

Great printer that does what I need it to do. The set-up, however, was awful and the Geek Squad was not available to two weeks. I had to hire a local company to do the set-up and they had problems with the set-up. So, great machine - horrible set-up experience.

Prints really clear and defined. Still trying to figure out how to choose a drawer.

Prints quickly, good options. A little noisy and wish the view screen was a little larger.

Good print. Several cons Really hard to set up. Tiny screen on the front is difficult to view and use. I had to find a tall table to raise it up to read screen. Even then it's way too small. Paper shoots out on the ground unless a plastic tray is extended and a flap opened up to stop the paper printed. Looks too easy to break it walking by.

Bought this for our small business and it works great.

Excellent printer at a reasonable price. Quality is excellent when printing photos.

Very impressed with this new printer! Smooth and quiet and fast for an inkjet printer

I needed a printer for my classroom...something that would do almost everything the huge one in our printer lounge would do, without the long walk down there, the long wait down there, and all the paper jams! This printer is the business. Great prints - black and color! It prints two-sided and even has 2 trays so I can print card stock when I want and regular prints too. Set up was easy and I wouldn't recommend an HP printer without the Instant Ink situation. Such a game changer!
