Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the OfficeJet Pro 9025's print quality, ease of use, and performance. Many appreciate the dual paper trays and the straightforward setup process. However, some users find the printer to be somewhat loud and on the larger side. The wireless functionality and scanning capabilities also receive positive feedback.

    9025e vs my old 8630

This replaced my old 8630 which I loved and just wore out at 1700 pages a month. This new 9025e is good so far. Not built as heavy duty as the 8630. I had a hard time with the set up but customer service was there and came through with flying colors. That's why I buy HP products, it 's the customer service. The LED key pad sucks just not easy anymore. It was nice just to load your Doc and push print Color or Black. Not any more I have to push 4 keys now just to print. I have to say the print , scan , copy quality is far superior than the 8630.

I love this printer. Printing quality is amazing. It’s fast. And the hp smart app is great to print from anywhere. The printer is a bit noisy like noted in other reviews. This is a nice home office printer for a good price. Oh and printing pictures on photo paper, results in a perfect print.

This is the latest model and the 3rd HP printer I have purchased. Each time I have been very pleased. The past models have provided many high quality copies including pictures. As on the new printer i have printed professional brochures. Having two trays for different type of paper is efficient. I am extremely pleased. The iink program is cost effective.

Printer is easy to set up and the instructions are simple to follow. Printer is solidly constructed and well made. Officejet Pro 9025 prints very well and the copy function is also quite good. Faxing documents is straightforward. The scanning works very good also. All around the printer is a very good value.

Very good product, not easy set up and there is no real one touch scanning. Otherwise, after calling support they got me running after 1 hour

We have had the worst luck with printers over the last few years. So far this machine has been working well with only one hiccup and it was possibly a computer issue and not anything to do with the printer.

I'll admit that at the time my only choices were either this one or an even more expensive one and I needed a printer that day so I bought this one. I am very pleased I did because this printer is great! It was super easy to set up and it prints way faster than my last printer.

This printer is my office assistant! It does everything I need. Printing documents, name tags, cards, etc... I love that it has 2 trays so I can put legal size and letter size paper and easily choose which one I want to print on. The ink usage is great too. Print from anywhere using the app!

This printer is replacing my HP 8600 The tray capacity is wonderful The only issue is the receiving tray, it does not hold much paper When making larger copies sets it needs to be empty out.

So far, so good. We very much like the two paper trays. We keep photo paper in one and copy paper in the other. It has been easy to print from all devices and the quality has been excellent. I very much like HP products and this one has not been a disappointment.

It was so easy to set up and has performed well. Scanning is super easy and I love the wireless printing, even from my phone. I already belonged to the HP Instant Ink program and just switched it to my new printer. Curbside pick up at Best Buy was awesome, too! I ordered online and it was ready within the hour.

I bought this printer a month ago and found it extremely easy to set up. Since then, I have been using it regularly and am very satisfied with the speed and quality of printing. I particularly like that I can duplex in order to save paper.

Good printer overall. Print quality is great. The printer is loud when printing and can't scan through the top feeder. Can only scan one document at a time on the glass. It is bit pricey.

Connectivity is instant and when unplugged it quickly connects back. Printing is fast and very clear. Easy to initiate tasks with an amazing intelligent guides. However fax cables are often missing and fax cables from Verizon are too wide for the fax socket on this printer.

Best HP printer I have owned yet! Super fast printing in color and black and white. Grayscale printing is still off very high quality without using tons of ink. Fast scanning. Stays connected to the WiFi unlike my last printer (not an HP). A little pricy but worth every penny.

    HP All In One 9025

I like this product because it is very similiar to the All-In-One Ink Jet Printer that had finally quit working after years of good service. It's easy to change the paper, use the printer and scanner. I don't like the higher price for the ink cartridges. Also, I don't know how easy it will be for me to change the cartridges One challenge occurred , due to no fault of this product. While he was in my home for the purpose of setting up my new HP-Office Jet Pro 9025, the Geek Squad Agent hooked up the fax function to my AT&T landline. I had asked him not to do that. That fax hook-up prevented me from being able to retrieve my voicemail messages and to make calls out on my landline. I had given the Geek Squad Agent the Comcast telephone number that I had available for him to use to hook up the fax function so that it would be on a dedicated line. It took an extensive time on the phone with Geek Squad Tech Support to correct this hiccup.

So far so good. Relatively easy to install, and works reliably. This printer replaced another HP Printer. I really like the Instant Ink program - well thought out and convenient. I had just received replacement ink cartridges for the last printer and was advised to just return them in the postage-paid recycling envelope, which I did. Again convenient, and no waste. The previous printer was a $99 model which I wore out in a little over two (2) years. I work from home and print quite-a-lot. I needed to learn about duty cycle, the number of copies per month a printer is designed to handle. The 9025e is a much more robust printer with a duty cycle that will surely accommodate my needs. I like the looks of the printer, the design and foot print, and the double paper trays are a plus. Overall I can recommend this printer with HP+ and Instant Ink.

Pretty solid printer that does what it advertised with plenty of features to boot. My two gripes are 1. force Ink replenishment subscription while turning off manual features for PC connectivity. and 2. for some odd reason, My "Printer" yes my "Printer" is picking up radio conversations from a local trucker. I wish I could make it up but that has my experience for the last couple of months since owning this machine.

This printer offers super-fast at printing, has excellent quality prints (even with photos on regular printer paper, and long-lasting ink. It was really easy to set up and link to our computers, too. Just an excellent overall printer.
