Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the OfficeJet Pro 9025's print quality, ease of use, and performance. Many appreciate the dual paper trays and the straightforward setup process. However, some users find the printer to be somewhat loud and on the larger side. The wireless functionality and scanning capabilities also receive positive feedback.

Dependable product as usual from HP. I like the "Quiet" option, as it can be a little loud. However the overall performance is great!

Printer works great. Holds a lot of paper and I use a lot. Still on my starter ink and I print a lot. WiFi is good. It was really easy to set up. I print from my phone all the time as well. Bought a large Canon, took it back the next day and went with this one, glad I did.

I recently picked up this printer when my last Officejet's printer head finally went after 8 years of heavy usage. This printer has a smaller footprint, was very easy to set up and prints/scans very fast. So far I have been very pleased with this printer

Prints very fast and good quality print. Machine is quite loud. Difficult to set up scan from machine, nearly always requires use of app to scan.

All printers have a limited lifespan and HP is no exception. True I’m an HP fanatic, I will continue to buy them.

Replaced an HP 7200 and this new one is amazing. Faster, quieter and great image quality. The double sided printing is great, but the double sided scanning and two paper trays are absolutely awesome. Nice work HP and Best Buy for stocking it.

I love my new printer that is super fast. I'm not very tech savvy so I haven't had time to read through the manual or try all the features yet, but those I have tried are easy. I like the double tray, color and design

    Good, But Far From Great

I purchased the HP 9025e to replace a HP 7520 that had finally wore out after more than 8 years of service. It was a great All-in-One printer. From a quality standpoint, the 9025e does an acceptable job of all it's many functions although print quality isn't as good as I had hoped. The scanning software, "HP Smart", is awkward because it requires an internet connection to do simple scans, plus, it is not as flexible as I had with my HP7520. It seems to me that HP tried to make the process more simple and automatic, but for experienced users it is a step backward in my opinion. Still, scan quality is quite good. The LCD screen on the front panel is too small, making it difficult to read and very frustrating to use. But, it gets the job done. I like having two drawers to accommodate different kinds of paper or envelopes and etc. However, I am not fond of how the "HP Smart" takes charge in order to use this and other printing functions. Lots of hoops to jump through, but, again it gets the job done. Setting up the HP+ Instant Ink account was quite time consuming and frustrating. I like the concept and for me I believe it will be much more cost effective. After I finally got the account and everything set up, it has been working well, so long as my Internet connection is working. You must have constant Internet Connection to use the Instant Ink program. I am well pleased with the printing speed. I just wish the print quality was better. Even on the "Best" setting, text is not as sharp and crisp as I think it should be for a printer in this price range. And, I am using HP paper, so HP can't blame it on my paper choice! Build quality is so-so and yet to be determined over time. The top document/scan cover is too floppy. It needs some tension springs, in my opinion, to prevent it smashing down on the document glass. Overall, the HP9025e will serve my purposes and that's what counts.

Nice upgrade from my ten year old printer. My old HP Laserjet 8600 stopped scanning and emailing. This one was a nice upgrade. There was a little learning curve I had to adjust to, but it was worth the effort.

We purchased this printer 6 months ago. It was so easy to setup. Print quality is great and I love the duplexing copy/scan feature. I signed up for the instant ink program and don't know if that is worth it.
