Have owned several name brand printers over the years but have had the best luck with HP. This printer is no exception. Very easy to connect and configure. Printing results are excellent. Would recommend this printer to my family and friends.

The printer was easy to set up. However, I was already an “Instant Ink” user and the setup fails to tell one “do not subscribe to the Instant Ink offer! That procedure is completed after signing in. It is an excellent printer. The scan feature is a bit clumsy. Unless I don’t know how to do it, a document scan which contains multiple pages, when downloaded to a website, must be done as separate pages! Everything else is great!

Overall, a good Machine. Some trouble making it Scan to Computer.

This printer is fast and prints well. Maybe a little louder than I expected, however, I like HP printers over all the others. I would recommend this printer for a good all-around printer.

This was my choice when my previous 7 year old HP printer began printing multiple copies on its own when only one had been requested. It’s fast, works extremely well, and was easy to set up.

I am have many years of service from my past HP printers. So when tine was tine for an update. HP was the only one i wanted. The on line and phone service is very helpful. Enjoy

The print and copy functions work very well. You have to be careful that the paper is loaded forward in the top tray as there is no rear stop to push it forward and the printer reads this as a "paper jam". Scanning is very touchy - you have to really work with the guides on the sheet feeder to get a scan that isn't crooked. Overall, not to bad for the money. Below, I have to say whether I would recommend this to a friend. I will say "Yes" but it depends on what they can afford. HP makes a better printer in the $600.00 range that I would rather have.

Excellent product, as are all HP products. Looking forward to many uses. The shipments of paper and ink cartridges is also working out well.

Got this printer to replace an older HP all in one and it's reliable as predicted. Set up was easy, printing is clean and relatively fast.

I have had more HP printers than I can count. I stick with this brand because, in the past, the set-up has been user friendly, quick and easy and the printers have worked well for my small business. I have had this new one for almost a month. The setup was not at all intuitive, quick, or easy. As a matter of fact, with no manual to access, all of the snags I encountered had to be worked out by trial and error. So far, I like the way the printer works but connecting to wifi, then connecting the printer wirelessly to my laptop were anything but easy. In the past the printers were pretty much plug and play. Not this one. Additionally, for some of the selling features, like using the scanner to automatically post receipts to Quick Books, there are no instructions and i have yet to find information or figure out how to do it. If the set up and special features were easier to figure out, I would give it 5 stars. I like that it can scan double sided documents and it scans quickly and accurately. It prints and copies fine. I haven't used it long enough to have an assessment of the ink usage.

Great home office printer even for copying pictures. Easy to setup and install and very fast to print.

Since I purchased a 2nd home and needed something similar to my old HP 8630 workhorse, I decided to try this unit. Set-up was easy. Print quality and speed are great. You have to download the App in order to scan documents. My only concern so far is it was difficult to get the ink cartridges included to seat properly causing error messages and several attempts before it would work. I hope this is not an ongoing issue every time I have to change a cartridge.

I dreaded having to replace my office pro 8600. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the entire process was. The document feeder is not as large as the 8600 but is much faster.

Great purchase. Easy to navigate. Copies are technicolor and they are all good.

Works fine, but it isn't built with the quality of my old HP printer. Hope it lasts as long.

We are still learning our way around, but this all-in-one printer seems to do everything we were looking for, and very well. The printing is sharp; two-sided printing is efficient and easy. We have not yet tested it for 4x6 glossy photos, important to us, but I don't anticipate a problem, since all else works well. It was a complicated set-up for non-techies, but my husband managed and we're quite happy with it. We accepted the automatic ink refills reluctantly - we'll see whether we like that program or not.

HP printers have always been my favorite printer. I just will not use the automatic ink renewal plans.My ink replacement needs never are when HO thinks it is.

I’ve had this printer a month now I’ve printed over 700 pages so far. I use it for a small business. I signed up for hp instant ink and within a few days I had quite a number of ink show up at my office. They ask for the old cartridges back. The printer it self was fairways to set up. Only issue I had was lost internet connection where I had to completely unplug the printer from power in order to get the internet working again. When printing from an iPad it would occasionally print blank pages, just hit the reprint button. It does print very fast and it is quick and quite. So far so good.

Good printer but VERY loud. Not an overall fan and would not buy again.
