Unusually good value

I have been surprised, too, by how long the XL cartridges last - much better than other similar printers I've had. My only (minor) issue has been with the driver - it occasionally forgets to clear the spooler and it thinks there are documents to print when there aren't - even after restarting Windows. The cache can be cleared with a few Windows commands or the HP printer doctor, or it can be ignored - or someone could improve the software...

Excellent printer for small business

This may just be user error. Other than that I absolutely love the multiple page feed for copies and scanning, printing on both sides and being so fast. It's already finished by the time my old printer would have loaded the paper.

Great printer for home office

Awesome printer!
