Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the OfficeJet Pro 9025's print quality, ease of use, and performance. Many appreciate the dual paper trays and the straightforward setup process. However, some users find the printer to be somewhat loud and on the larger side. The wireless functionality and scanning capabilities also receive positive feedback.

For not being top of the line, it sure comes close. All of my printouts and scans are crisp and clear. Not as fast as a laser printer but you don't have to wait for it to warm up. The only down side for some is you have to be online to download the divers and software.

Great printer and one of few that will print 11 x 17. Have bought previous model 9 times in 3 states on different construction projects for on site office. Quick easy set up and 5G wireless compatible.

I love my HP-OfficeJet Pro 9025 All-in-One Instant Ink Ready Printer. One feature I did not have previously, is that the screen tilts up so I can read the options without getting down on my knees. It has a lot of other awesome features, such as double-sided printing, will print up to 8 1/2 X 14 paper, is wireless, can print remotely, prints, scans, copies & faxes and many other options.

A very nice full-featured unit. Perhaps a little large for what it does. There are probably better value cheaper HP models, but they were out of stock when I needed a new unit.

we have had various problems with setup - have had the geek squad come out several times to sort out scanning and sending. Also seems prone to paper jams. My previous HP printers were easier to work with.

I have only purchased HP printers for the past 30 years. This model was to replace the HP 8600 Plus Premium printer that I had been satisfied with for the past 10 years. I would never recommend this 9025e printer to anyone. From the time this machine was brand new, whenever I would scan something into my computer it would give me an error message the first time. The 2nd time I would scan it it would work fine. But who wants to have to scan things in twice for them to work. You have to have a PHD to figure out how to use the 2nd paper tray. I finally figured it out and I put heavy weight glossy paper in there. The print would come out with the top half of the image cut off. I tried it three times and the same thing happened. Im warning you , stay away from this printer! So then i call HP tech support and they sent me what i thought was going to be a new machine. It turned out what they sent was a refurbished machine. AND IT DIDNT WORK!!! The print head receptacle would not move to the center so that I could install the print cartridge holder with all the cartridges from the old machine. What an ordeal! I'm now on the phone with them again, theyre sending me a replacement printer to replace the replacement printer that doesnt work. STAY AWAY!! This will be the last HP printer I buy.

We have always been very satisfied with HP printers and they have always been very durable and produced great print resolution. Our newest model will take some getting used to as it has more features than we needed but we didn’t have a choice to wait for a different model that was out of stock. We had a little difficulty getting the scan feature set up on the machine and when calling HP for help could not understand the tech’s instructions as his English wasn’t very concise and we were only getting every other word. Had to resort to typing our communications which was a pain and took forever. Finally gave up and turned to the Geek Squad and got it all resolved. The printer does a great job and I am sure it will serve us well as we become more familiar with all its features.

We bought this printer to replace an older similar HP model. It was the last one on the shelf, which might say something. Set up was easy and so far so good. Printing is fast, scanning is easy. We haven't set up the instant ink but probably will in time. All in all, we're happy so far and just hope it lasts. But, nothing seems to last for long anymore.

This is a decent printer, which gets the job done. My major complaint is the noise it makes while printing. Shakes the whole floor! The set up with laptop/computer for printing and scanning is also not easy .. guidance through website is useless.

The OfficeJet Pro 9025e is working fine and we are enjoying the benefits of it being faster than our previous printer. The reason we are giving it only a three star is because the box in which it came, and the invoice printed out when we paid for it both said we would get six months free HP Instant Ink. However, in spite of many long phone calls and a personal trip in to a Best Buy location they refused to provide the code needed by HP Instant Ink so that we could enroll the printer in Instant Ink.

Works as advertised. Bought it to replace an hp 8720 which quit working; kept saying replace ink cartridges. Bought the new printer and just found out hp put out an update to block refilled cartridges. Found an update to correct it so now I have a back up printer. The 9025 hopefully will print photos where the 8720 ran them upside down smudging the ink.
