Easy to setup. Prints fast and has two paper trays.

Great printer so far. had one just like it that lasted 3 years so when it broke i got the new one

So far so good! Just installed several days ago. Process was very easy. Currently have instant ink but waiting to hear back from them since I am a current customer so that I can obtain my free 6 months. Printing seems faster than my older model!

Excellent all in one printer for home and small business use. This was a replacement for another HP all in one that gave me many years of fairly heavy usage.

I love my HP Printer it’s fast, prints, copies, scans and faxes it’s perfect for my home office and arrived within 48 hours after purchase.

I’m a consultant that works from home and this printer is amazing. I print ALOT. It’s quick, great quality and has not given me any issues at all. It works better than many office printers I have used in the past. I was hesitant due to the price but am so thankful I chose this printer!!!

Purchased the OfficeJet Pro 9025 to replace the 8610. It was very easy to set up and is easy to use. Love the additional tray for legal size paper, photo paper and envelopes. So much easier than having to constantly switch out the paper in one tray. Highly recommend this printer.

The print heads stopped working on my old printer, I now realize do NOT use generic ink cartridges as they will clog the print head! My daughter had recently purchased this printer and recommended it. I’m so glad I consulted her as this printer is awesome. Easy to use and fast.

Very fast and very accurate, it handles just about everything we throw at it. Whether printing when directly connected, over my home network or even from a mobile device, the printer has been amazing. Setup was super easy, just unbox and plug in, connect to your network with either LAN or WiFi and you’re good to go. I love the squared off, monolithic design. And this machine is big, so make sure you have enough space, especially height if you’re placing on a desk with a shelf above. You’ll need plenty of room to raise the scanner lid. I love the paper capacity of 500 sheets, just put a full ream of paper inside and forget about needing to refill paper for a long time. We also subscribed to HP+ Instant Ink. What a great feature to make sure you never run out of ink. You get 6 months free, and then you can tailor the program to your printing needs, based on the number of pages you print a month and what type of printing you normally do. And you can always change the program at any time, if you find out your using too much or not enough under the current plan. And if you need to one off a set of ink, you can do that too. Set up was super easy through the HP Smart app. Just connect the app to your device and run through the subscription process. We’ve not needed a refill of ink yet, but I’ve already been sent an update from HP that my first refill package will be arriving soon. So nice to know that I never have to worry about what my ink levels are before I start a large printing job. When needed, HP will make sure we have ink on hand, all the time. Pros: • Super large capacity – 500 sheets in only two trays • Fast – insanely fast B/W printing even at high quality, and color printing is also super fast with pretty good color accuracy • Network connection was super simple and reconnects automatically if the network goes down, easy to print from any device throughout the house, or even on mobile • Touch screen display and menu options are wonderful, super bright and colorful and touch sensitivity is great, easy to use • Scanner is super accurate and super fast, whether using the flatbed or the document feeder • Ability to connect local network storage or connect a cloud service like Dropbox to store your print copies to the cloud Cons: • Color printing is pretty accurate, but I do wish colors were a little more vibrant • Not good as a photo printer, but that’s also not its use case really. If you want to print dedicated photos, stick with a dedicated photo printer. Image prints are fine for school or business use, but not keepsake quality • Large, make sure you have enough space for it to operate normally • Paper catch tray does not engage automatically, its manual open only • I would have liked it to be quieter, it is fairly quiet when printing, but I was hoping for even quieter Overall, for home or small business, this printer fits the bill for sure. We love it already and are looking to get years of use out of it, never once worrying about ink!!!

This printer sets up easily and works fine. The only problem we have is that the network connection drops occasionally and we must turn off the printer and then turn it on again to get documents to print.

I always purchase the HP All-In-One printers, they are Convenient for use in the office and very easy to use! It was nice to be able to still pick up at the store - even through this Covid stuff. Because in an office environment - when your printer goes -- you need one immediately!

It’s been great so far. User software super user friendly. Printing and Scanning is easy. Have a solid surface to place it! & randomly disconnected from the Wi-fi and super hard to connect back

HP does it again! This printer operates flawlessly! The scanner is faster and quieter than I could have dreamed of, and it scans the front and back of a document in one pass. I'm almost glad my previous HP printer stopped working after 8 years!

I purchased this 9025e printer to replace my wonderful HP 8740 printer that I just wore out. This 9025e is one of the very few printers that HP offers with 2 paper trays. I need one tray for paper and the second tray for business checks. I spent the first 3 days having to void checks because the printer kept pulling them instead of printer paper. I set defaults on both my desktop and the printer, but finally broke down and started a chat with HP support. The tech did help me fix the paper tray issue, but didn't offer any advice on how to default the printer to make black copies instead of color copies. I like to print some things with color cartridges, but most of my photocopies need to use the black cartridge. I still have to remember to edit the color/black setting each time I want to make non-color copies. Sometimes I just go to my trusty old HP 8600 to make copies. Thank goodness I have my backup printer for things like this. I do wish, however, that HP wouldn't make us buy different ink cartridges every time we buy a new printer. I keep backup cartridges in case I have problems and always have to give them away every time I buy a new printer. One positive thing about this 9025e printer is that it is a little smaller than my 8740 and 8600 printers so it doesn't take up as much room. Best Buy did make purchasing this new printer very easy and I do appreciate that.

We got the one with 2 trays and the top tray does not have a paper length adjuster. So the paper miss feeds and prints on unexpected areas of the paper. Print quality is definitely good, the duplex feature works well and scanner and scan feeding tray for multiple pages works well also. The 2 star deduction is really for that extra tray issue. If your intention for this printer is fir duel trays, I would look elsewhere.

A very serviceable printer that is relatively easy to set up and use. I would recommend it for someone who has moderate needs for printing, scanning and transmitting faxes.

Love this new printer, color is very sharp. Double trays is perfect, as I can keep different paper in each tray. Easy to pick which tray I want when printing.

My husband traveled from abroad. He had to keep up with work at his international insurance company. Purchasing this all-in-one made the transition so much smoother. Easy and quick set plus the ability to print remotely in the house has made this HP my all time favorite!

I replaced a previous model of the HP Office Jet Wireless printer with this one. It is quick, connects to my various phones and laptops easily, the print quality is outstanding. It has more features that I use including photo printing and a great scan capability.

Printer is faster and smoother than previous, older printer. The color and smoother operation is enjoyable and much better. This was very easy and intuitive to set up and start printing.
