Nice printer so far. The only complaint would be with the print tray whereas it’s curved and not flat to hold the correct paper size for the print and if you print more than a few pages they tend to fall over the curved edge. Other than that it’s okay. Materials don’t seem to be as sturdy as other HP printers I’ve had in the past. This one replaced my old HP one I used for the last ten years.

Printed quite a bit faster than previous printers. Price is quite a bit more than previous models

I was replacing a HP OfficeJet Pro 8610 that I just wore out. This new printer is smaller, quieter, and the scanner to PDF is much better quality. Substantially faster start up. Took about half an hour to set it up and I started to get frustrated but then everything just worked. I have been happy with HP printers historically but this is a definite improvement. I was so happy I replaced a working printer at my beach condo with a HP OfficeJet 9015 that took about 10 minutes to set up with my recent experience. I definitely suggest this line of printers for homw use, you will be happy.

This is a great printer. I like two sided printing ! Excellent HP customer service. I had trouble setting up Wi-Fi feature; the “ chat” helped so that I was then able to proceed to set up on all devices. Impressive that the chat representative called a few days later to be sure everything worked! I’d highly recommend downloading the HP app to all devices before attempting to set up , the “ manual” doesn’t make that clear to do that before you start! Love the Wi-Fi feature. I

Not the cheapest but it does everything you need to be able to work from home. The nicest feature for me is double sided printing as well as scans. Big time saver.

It’s great so far. A little expensive but i trust these printers more than ink tanks for now. Glad i went with the bigger model for dual scanning.

I have had the printer for about 4 days so far and it is working well. The most difficult part is trying to install the software on a computer. It took several hours of trying and trying to get it installed so you can scan from the printer to computer. Everytime I install printer software I run into the same problem no matter the printer. I would buy this printer again without any hesitation.

This was a good purchase . I wish it was a great one. The prints are good not great

HP OfficeJet Pro is excellent! This is my 3rd one that I have owned and the performance of this HP is so Awesome! Worth the money and does an excellent job every time!

The printer works perfectly but louder than expected. Scanner is quick and efficient

Great Printer but like ANY ink jet it's gonna wear out sooner or later. It does everything they say it will and it does it nicely!

This is our second or third generation of this HP printer. Each one has outperformed the previous model. Great for light to moderate usage and you will find yourself up and running in "no-time" I suspect. I did have a minor instillation issue and both the local Geek Store and the off-sight technician struggled (the later due to language problem--polite, helpful, but marginal skills involving the English language--read a lot of material to me! I finally discontinued the process and went to the HP website and their Wizard program had me up and running within less than 5 minutes, so start there if any problem surfaces.

This copier was a replacement for an earlier model. It operates very effectively and serves needs for home and a small business. Has been very reliable. Great bang for the buck!’

it's so loud and wonder is there is an issue with it

This printer prints fast, it has great quality and great function. HP's usually don't last well. We will see after a couple of years. But, it is great so far!

The HP printer is great! It is very easy to use & the print & scan function is fantastic.

If it wasn't thinking it had a paper jam, it was giving an error that the paper tray was full, and wasn't.

Excellent printer and prints fast. Really like it! Colors are crisp. Had a canon printer it was twice the price and I was not satisfied with it.
