Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the OfficeJet Pro 9025's print quality, ease of use, and performance. Many appreciate the dual paper trays and the straightforward setup process. However, some users find the printer to be somewhat loud and on the larger side. The wireless functionality and scanning capabilities also receive positive feedback.

Biggest scam ever. You cannot print black and write if one of the color ink cartridges is empty. You cannot print using the instant ink cartridges if you cancelled your plan, even if the cartridges are full. You cannot print using ink cartridges which "expired" on the case. And each cartridge will cost $50+. This printer could be one of the worst investments you make in your life.

Who designed this paper stop I guess you call it.

it is a bit to noisy and as stated above the the stop is very poorly designed. Maybe someone very stupid or drunk. I moved up from an 8600 pro. The paper stop broke on it. I should have just fixed it. this printer is not a best effort. Maybe next time. Paper tray number two. Not the best either.

Great for printing to regular paper. Do not get this if you plan on printing to thick paper like card stock or making your own business cards. It will not pick up the thicker paper properly and you end up with your layout all messed up when it finishes. NO CARDSTOCK

Great printer, -very fast printing -colors look great -ink lasts almost as long as toner. -Also the new HP app works really well and doesn’t seem to be as bloated as the old HP drivers were. My only complaint is the ink cartridges don’t click into place. If you press too hard the spring will shoot them out. The printer is pretty picky about getting them put in correctly but after they’re in it’s fine

I really liked this printer. The only complaint that I had was that you were not able to print a Word or Excel file directly from your thumb drive with that device. That seems like a small thing, but that makes it even more frustrating that that HP couldn't get that right! I hated to do so, but I had to return it.
