    I checked out so many printers and went to the store after reading lots of reviews. Fearing the worst like so many said the ink included caused an error, so I also bought extra ink just incase. The employee never heard of the issue. After doing my trade in another customer had bought the same printer and had to buy new ink. Am so happy to say I did not have the problem and this printer is meeting all my needs. Love the two trays, paper in one and envelopes in the other.

    I really like this HP model 9025. the only issue I had was that it would not work when I brought it home and I had to have Geek Squad out to correct the problem. So, a new printer cost me approximately $50.00 to repair, so far, so good. I do like the 6 months of Ink that is included.
