This printer does everything I need it to do for a small business out of my home. It works wonderfully.

Ive always had great experiences with HP products, but I was so disappointed with this product. I mainly bought it for the two trays. When I first installed the ink cartridges, it said the cartridges were improperly installed or there was damage to the cartridges. I never was able to get it working, so I exchanged it for a different one, same model. It did the exact same thing. After unloading and reloading several times, it finally accepted the cartridges. I proceeded to go online to complete set up. Over the next 2 weeks, I struggled with this item. It would print, then it wouldnt print. It would scan, then it wouldnt scan. I replaced another ink cartridge that depleted and, once again, struggled to get it to accept the cartridge. The last straw was when it kept saying it was out of paper when I had reloaded both trays. After several tries, including rebooting a few times, it finally print. By this point, I decided I couldnt deal with this product for 2 to 4 years or however long it wouldve lasted. So happy and thankful I made the deadline to return it. Im still looking for another printer, but now more skeptical about HP printers.

My new HP Office Jet Pro 9025 Wireless All-in-One printer is everything I was wanting.

I have been purchasing HP for over 30 years. I tried the HP+ and Instant Ink. 2 of the 4 ink cartridges they sent didn't work. I unsubscribed from Instant Ink, but the Printer stuck with HP +. Bottom line, both printers I tried this with, this being 1 of them, are now in the garbage can and I will Never Ever, the rest of my life buy and HP printer. That's all :-)

This is a printer that can scan dual sides, love it. The only down fall, and it is a major down fall for me, it does not scan photos using the auto feeder. Other than that, it is a fast and handles very well.

My HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 does a good job printing. I love the fact that the printer sends a message that ink may be running low and the ink is automatically sent to me. However, the printer appears to be much slower than my HP 8600 that I previously owned.

This was cheaper than buying toner for the older one,

I’ve had about 5 HP printers. I’be gotten great performance from all of them I also have an HP color laserjet.

This is a very good home copier/printer. I do wish that I had been able to shop in person but due to the Covid Virus situation I was not able to do so. I would most likely have selected a different model. The HP Pro 9025 does not permit coping legal to legal size as my previous HP 8600 did.
