Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the OfficeJet Pro 9025's print quality, ease of use, and performance. Many appreciate the dual paper trays and the straightforward setup process. However, some users find the printer to be somewhat loud and on the larger side. The wireless functionality and scanning capabilities also receive positive feedback.

Excellent product but had a Problem

Product was excellent at first until it started printing a line down the middle of the each copy page I ran through the top loader so I WOULD HAVE A COPY OF A DOCUMENT WITH A LINE DOWN THE MIDDLE OF THE PAGE - This kept me from giving the product a five star because it was really good product before that happened - I took one half star off because it happened in less than a year and I took one half star off because it happened. But if it does not happen until 2 years I would raise it to 4.5 stars and if it happened after 2 years I would give the same rating just because it happened but other than that this product is a five star all day long if you get 3 or more years with no problems - and I would recommend it to anyone - perhaps your device will not do as mine did - so by all means do not be afraid to buy this product you will love it - just get the insurance to go with it. PS - However if there is a clear history of this problem then the score drops to 3 stars - it works so well when new that I could hardly give it less than three stars with insurance no matter - because it performs excellent when all is well and as long as insurance will replace it I am Ok with it for up to two times and after that I would move on. So the bottom line is this is an excellent 5 star product unless this is an ongoing and reoccurring problem

I had an older OfficePro AIO that still worked great but used it (and this one) for doing more scanning than printing. Could not get updates to the older printer's firmware that would allow the scan to network to work past a certain version of Win 10. Comparing these 2 printers, - has more features than my previous printer - Misses the previous version easy faxing from computer. - The single pass 2-sided scanning is a significant plus - The Instant ink deal can lock up your printer remotely from HP so I would rather buy my own to control my destiny. - lighter than previous versions - scanning from ADF is clearly US standard page width (8.5 vs A4) - Front Panel does not pivot far enough so have to stoop to interact. - the staying on the last function used like scanning keeps from extra steps to do another item. - having the 2 bins helps for envelopes. - time will tell on the duty cycle for scanning.

I was skeptical and been with my last printer for like 7 years. But I paid the price of this printer and let me tell you I would do it again many times over if I needed. This printer is fast, efficient, great quality prints, amazing functions and the ink/paper subscription you get for free for 6 months is also amazing. I would recommend this to anyone that needs office function or just fast printing that’s quality.

Like the many HP printers we’ve had over the years, this one is even better than the last. Was easy to get set up. Scans quickly. Prints quickly. Only issue is that I did not want to sign up for the ink replacement. May be great for some, just not for me. Thanks for the continued innovations that make these printers so indispensable and so current for the time we live in.

This printer produces a great print with sharp color and detail. Did get some snnoying steps when setting up and immediately gave me a printer cartridge low ink notice when the cartridges were installed. InstantInk then sent me a new set which makes no sense.

For the most part, I like this unit a lot. Super fast printing and several options for scanning. I do not use the double side printing or copying much, but it works fine when I do. Easy to connect and can even print remotely, or from my phone. It does have a "glitch" though where it will tell you that you have a low ink cartridge, but not which one. There is a way to see ink levels, but I can never remember how to find it. So far, no issues at all though.

    HP OfficeJet Pro 9025E Greatness

I waited forever for the OfficeJet Pro 9025e to come back in stock at various locations. I purchased this printer to replace my older HP 5640 printer. This printer was a great purchase because I wanted to scan several via the feed tray in color. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and it prints extremely fast. So far, this printer has been great and my only knock is it's a bit noisy right before printing.

The printer was easy to set up and works well. I bought this to replace a HP Officejet pro 8600 plus that I had for many years. The only negative I have noticed so far is the pictures are not as sharp as I expected. Overall it is a good printer.

Great printer, easy to setup. Prints fast and with good quality which makes less noise than my older printer. The only downside is that there’s a need to leave the delivery tray extended or prints will fall. It comes with 6 months of ink.

Great printer. I use it for my small business, my wife uses it for her business, and the kids use it for school. It is easy to use, prints Great, and is very reliable and is of great quality. I also have an HP Laserjet printer, but this is my go to. The ink is reasonable and the print quality is on par with my laser printer. I use the copy, scan, and fax functions a lot as well. This printer is a high quality, dependable workhorse.

I like my HP OJP 9025e series printer very much. It is better quality than the HP OJP 8020 series I only had for about 3 months before deciding to replace it with the 9025 series. It is a little pricey, but I found it on sale via Best Buy, it came with a free trial for Instant Ink, and it is working out to my liking.

This is a great printer. It does everything I need it to do and the quality is great. I needed to print something 2-sided and found out it does it already. It occasionally disconnects from the internet and I have to restart it but that could be an issue with my home wifi. Otherwise it works great. I recommend it.

Great Office Printer! Purchased this for my daughter and her husband and they love it! They can print from the phone or a computer just by downloading the hp app. And you get 6 months of free ink which is the best to have if you print a lot of copies. They are very happy that they have this printer!!
