    I love the printer and it functions well except when you do color pages, I find one fault with it: you have to wait for the color ink to dry before advancing to the next page. I have not had this problem with any of the HP printers in the past.

    This was a good printer which had all the features we need including double sided scanning. The only drawback is if you have an old computer that doesn’t have windows 10 accessing some of the features was not that simple.. There are workarounds and make sure you use the HPYD

    The only thing I don't like about this is changing the ink cartridges; the springs make it a little difficult; I almost returned it; had to order on-line; I usually like doing in person, but with Covid-19 not possible.; otherwise, this is a great all-in-one.

    I love the printer but only one paper tray (they don't hold much paper) works - not sure why. It does use it toner fast - drinks it up! Scan feature works great but defaults to PDF not JPG as I want.

    My existing HP AIO was reaching end of life with some minor issues. I also desired the replacement to include scanning of a double sided document in a single pass (no flipping of the page and scanning via a second pass). I also had space/height limitations. This product met that requirement and has proven to preform as specified.
