This is not set up well. I don't like the output tray at all. Doesn't lay flat and is very short. Auto document feeder makes a grinding noise. Jams up. Tray management is confusing then doesn't work right when you set it up. Had it connected by IP address, then all of sudden that stopped working and now I have to use the direct wifi. Pain in rear! Paper tray is right on bottom and so if you have anything in front of it you have to move it to load more paper. Ink goes through this machine like water. Very costly in the end. I have ordered a new printer and I will be returning this machine the day I get the new one. Just not worth the headache!!!!

So far, this printer is flawless. While I needed a double side scanner, the 9025 has great scanning resolution. The new smart app is flawless and easy to use on desktop and mobile. While only having this printer for one month, it has exceeded my expectations as with all previous HP printers. Set up, including the smart app., took maybe 10 minutes.

I don't know what it is about printers, but I've never met one that didn't give me some kind of trouble. This one is no exception, but overall it's been reliable, the print quality is good and ink is fairly reasonably priced. The basic printing/scanning functions all work well, but their cloud-based services leave a lot to be desired. Relatively simple functions like scanning to an email or network drive are great when they work, but every couple months I have to tinker with it to get everything back online.

Had trouble with the first printer BEst Buy replaced it haveing same issue with the new printer. It sometimes goes into a "sleep" mode and the screen is blacked out and cannot get the printer working without unpluging and plugging back in. The scan feature is not easy to use and I have called HP severl times to find out how to setup to scan directly from the printer and not have to scan using the HP Smart app on the computer. Neither tech was able to figure it out I know it works because it was setup in the first printer I had. Tech support is weak. I would recommned looking at other brands of printers.

The third one of these printers delivered is operating properly. What was wrong with the first two, that they did not operate properly? At least Best Buy was there to bring another printer, TWICE.

This printer is the best. The best thing about it I can print remotely from the app. It also scans 2 sided. And I love that I no longer have to run to the store for ink....it comes when needed by mail. I have experienced minor tech glitches but nothing that I could not resolve.

The printer is working fine so far. I haven't had issues yet. There was one time though when the printer said that a cartridge was not in the right position. So, I had to push it in. The printer worked as expected after that. So, no complaints yet. I hope it stays.

This all-in-one printer totally surpasses any other printer we've owned.

I went through 3 printers before I got one that would work. The first two would not work out of the box. Must have been a bad week at HP. Very frustrating to have to lug two printers back to Best Buy. The purchase took over a 45 days to complete. Although I recommended it, it was with strong reservations. HP has performed very poorly.
