From Paper Jams to always saying there is an “Ink Cartridge” problem when installing new ink. This printer has done nothing but make my job miserable, me frustrated and is the Biggest piece of junk I have ever owned! I’m DONE WITH HP Products! Never again will I buy another HP Product! I can’t even return it now and I just bought the thing less than 60 days ago!

The paper tray is pretty flimsy and the paper output area is pretty cheep.

The 9025e was super easy to hook up to wireless equipment and modem. Ink cartridges very reasonably priced. Strongly recommend this unit.

User interfaces are difficult ( e.g., setting up scan to email); printer is really loud; printing always has a fault response, then u hv to say continue, before it will print; paper tray trap is not long enough for the length of the paper; etc. I still own and love the 8620 and 8710 series. Its only the faulty wireless printing module’s constant breakdown that made me purchase the new printer. And it wasn’t even cheap. I do not recommend this printer

I got it specifically because the ink does not heat up and supposedly will not cause the printer head to malfunction. So time will tell!
