Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the OfficeJet Pro 9025's print quality, ease of use, and performance. Many appreciate the dual paper trays and the straightforward setup process. However, some users find the printer to be somewhat loud and on the larger side. The wireless functionality and scanning capabilities also receive positive feedback.

There was a time when HP printers just weren't getting the job done. Today's HP's are spectacular. I haven't had a connection issue with the new printers in quite some time. I switched to a different brand when I was having trouble before but I have no intentions of leaving HP.

Disappointing printer. I just replace an HP OfficeJet Pro 8725 that was a great printer, unfortunately replacing the print head was almost as expensive as replacing the printer. The HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e has frequent lockups. You can not start from the power button, you HAVE to reach around the back and unplug the printer. I had an error code once and you cannot look up the code meaning. Calling tech support is useless, they have you unplug the printer as well. No valid explanation for the error code.

Light weight. Quality controls screen. Nifty wireless features from phone app. Multiple dpi settings. Double sided print and copy/scan. I can now have both letter and legal sizes loaded at the same time. Just have to remember that tray #1 is the bottom one, not the top one.

It's a good printer for a small office space, however the ink doesn't last as long as your told but overall it's a good printer

Overall has worked well until the last couple of months. I have been having problems with it connecting with the server but muddled my way through it. Now, I just replaced an ink cartridge in the middle of a project and there is a problem with it. The unit is out of warranty. I spent extra $ on this all in one unit and with it being HP, I was expecting it to last more than 1 year and 3 weeks. Not a happy camper

Issues with internet connectivity / Instant Ink

Common problem with most of my HP printers - using HP Instant Ink, they need to stay connected to the internet. However, almost every time, the connection gets lost because of some IP address issues that HP simply doesn't seem to have a solution to fix. Unfortunately, few of us have the expertise in house of tinkering with our home internet service to create a fixed IP address for the printer, which seems to be the issue. If only HP took this issue seriously ... they want to sell their ink, but not solve the problem.

finally happy with this unit; I say 'finally' because it somewhat difficult to set up due to set up instructions being only graphics; once set up, works like a charm.

Although one of the highest models available at BestBuy, it is constructed of lightweight plastic and the feeder is flimsy and wobbly. It sounds like it is breaking each time I open the top. The paper tray and feeding mechanism is also lightweight and flimsy and I feel that this model is not going to last very long. I would not recommend this purchase and look to another manufacturer.

HP - OfficeJet Pro 9025e Wireless All-In-One works perfectly at home use. I have no issues so far. I still have another HP-OfficeJet Pro 9025 Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer - too often disconnected via WiFi.

Quiet mode is quiet but also slow. Not recommended for print jobs of 50 pages or more. Easy to load paper and ink. (Had a 8055 before this so familiar with loading ink.).

The only complain I have about this printer is that it sometimes needs to be restarted after sitting idle to print. this could be user error or set up though, I hop on and off VPN often while working.

I needed to replace an older all-in-one HP product. Since the old one was over 6 years old, the choice was clear for another HP. I went with this one because of the document feeder. It makes things so much easier. This one is working great for me.

I've used the HP for copying and printing from my computer, single sided copies and double. I ordered this model because I wanted a USB port for printing from thumb drives I use in genealogy research at libraries here and there. Very satisfied with its performance!
