Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the OfficeJet Pro 9025's print quality, ease of use, and performance. Many appreciate the dual paper trays and the straightforward setup process. However, some users find the printer to be somewhat loud and on the larger side. The wireless functionality and scanning capabilities also receive positive feedback.

Since the beginning of purchase, this printer: often merges printed work, prints more copies than set & amazingly slow. Wastes paper & time... Annoying ... HP - OfficeJet Pro 9025e Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer - White

While the 9025 is mostly OK, there are a few items that keep it from earning a top score: 1. Most fundamental to a printer is the ink. The cartridges reside in a device that does NOT provide an unambiguously secured cartridge. It took several minutes to just seat the new ink. 2. The control screen is both too small and too slow; very aggravating... 3. The screen wobbles; it is not solidly mounted to the chassis. I used wooden shims to stabilize what should have been done at the factory.

Our most recent purchase was an HP printer. Very pleased with it and with the time spent by our knowledgeable associate who took his time to explain certain details that differed from our previous printer. It filled our needs, beutifically.

Printer works well but the software is a little annoying. I love the instant ink feature though. I would recommend!

This printer has been the best printer I’ve owned for home and office use. Only drawback is it sometimes struggles with formatting 4x6 pictures. Weird that it’s just that size.

    Unable to setup WiFi

Once it was up and running, it worked fine. However, the step by step instructions on the printer were less than helpful. It ended up in a loop that prevented a WiFi connection from being completed. Neither Best Buy or HP Support were able to help get the WiFi connection working. I've had several Hp printers and set them up WiFi with no problem. Not so with this one. I then set it up as an Ethernet connection, although that had also some issues which I eventually resolved without support assistance.

HP Office Jet Pro 9025 is a good printer from the valued and trusted brand HP. HP has been a software device source for decades. This printer can be programmed to work from a smartphone for printing purposes which is convenient.

This printer has everything I needed. It works great able to print from any mobile device but needs to be reset a lot. Have to turn off and back on often. That is a negative

Excellent function just not as sturdy as past printers. The fact the paper comes out the front on a small extension could be improved.

Excellent results! For me, the ink lasted more than one year, i don't do lots of printing obviously. Ink replacement is pricey, but if it can last one year well worth the xtr $$.$$-- I have yet to use the FAX!!

I am pleased with my current purchase - I think the hard copy of the manual should have been provided instead of having to go thru many pages until you get to your area of reading.

I'm very happy with the printer. The only problem I have had is that the second paper drawer doesn't automatically switch over. It might have to do with my computer auto-selecting the drawer. I haven't spent the time to figure it out.

Great printer great value . Only problem is I purchased the ink renewal option and it wont let me complete the sign up . If I try to sign up on hp it will charge me and I already paid upfront to best buy . Not happy with this but the printer is good

Actually a 4 1/2 not 5 simply because set up wasn't easy. Needed an actual set up manual. Works great. Nice photo quality, also. Has the flimsiest ink cartridge holders on any printer I've had. Hopefully it'll hold up.

My goal was to save money on a printer that can do double sided printing. it also has instant ink which is the best feature! I used to pay 50 a month for my previous printer cartridges but now, with my instant ink, I definitely saved a lot of money!

This printer does multiple page scan to email and 2 sided documents with ease. A very good value for the price, I've used HP printers for home and at the office for many years, It's hard to beat the HP brand for dependability and service

A good value for the price. Ease of two separate carriers for paper and envelopes makes things easier. Have an 800 series and this is far superior to that.

I am totally not happy with this purchase. First of all, it sounds clunky when starting any process, like every moving part is trying to bypass a loose paper clip stuck in it. The feeder on top always jams even with as little as 3 pieces of paper, and every copy is crooked or scan to pdf is crooked. The output tray is flimsy and the pullout extender does not help keep the paper in place. There is always a piece or two or three flying out. The control panel display is the worst part for me. To name a document you have a choice of 3 or 4 letters at a time, click the letter and then go back to another set of letters for the next and so on. Not efficient at all. And I still can't get the fax to work. Essentially wasted $300+. Don't waste your time with this product.
