Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the OfficeJet Pro 9025's print quality, ease of use, and performance. Many appreciate the dual paper trays and the straightforward setup process. However, some users find the printer to be somewhat loud and on the larger side. The wireless functionality and scanning capabilities also receive positive feedback.

I really like this printer. Lot's of software settings to facilitate just the printout you want. Good scan features and I frequently use the option of copying multiple 1-sided documents into 2-sided paper saving prints. It seems to be of a high quality build.

Sometimes there is a lag in the print but we have sketchy internet service so the connection may be the issue not the printer. Overall we are pleased.

Pretty impressive for a inkjet printer. It doesn't use a lot of ink and the copies are perfect. More than what I wanted to spend for a home printer but after purchasing it, I am glad I did.

This is a nice printer, but admittedly the screen could be larger. Short of that it works very well.

Love this printer! I like how HP has features to print pages called printables. It’s useful for small business and in the future for kids. Just in time to print out Christmas cards

Very fast print and excellent print quality. We like having the ink delivered before we run out. The Bluetooth was easy to connect to our Windows and Apple computers. Glad we spent the extra money for this one.

So far we love this printer. Replaced an Epson workforce with this HP. We use this for casual printing. More user friendly than these-son. The only thing we have noticed is that it is noisier when printing!

A bit large for home use but all the functionality is worth it. I use the slower quiet mode as otherwise it’s fairly loud when printing. I prefer making my own ink refill cartridges so didn’t go with the auto refill option.

Looked at the 9010 and 9020 but did not like the fact that they do not have an adjustment for paper in the tray and that is just asking for paper jams. The 9025 does have an adjustment. That was a "biggie" for me.

just another poor quality HP printer / scanner / etc all around. what is new? anybody thats had hp all these years knows its always. either software or hardware related issues. have to get a new one of these about every few years now, getting close to almost every year it feels. The HP scan to computer also goes out on wifi. always shuts down. the top feed scanner is poor, as it usually misses the first part of all pages. the glass scanner does not accept legal size documents unlike the previous models. the screen is so much smaller and harder to use. the buttons you need to press are micro on the screen. almost every day I have a problem with the software of this new printer. I do the turn off, the unplug, the HP scan doctor software, and the re install. nothing works.

Automatic Document Feeder is Terrible. Ok, otherw.

I have used the last several generations of Officejet Pro printers and aside from a few annoyances, I have been satisfied. However, this one is no good if you need to use the automatic document feeder. It jams constantly and my time to scan documents in the 3 to 30 page range is now so, so much longer. This is a large part of my workflow, so I am going to have to abandon this for a better printer by a different brand. Not happy. I also don't like HP's constant desperate attempts to get you to use their ink by trying to harass you into signing up for a plan, and employing anti-competitive technological means to prevent any third party ink in the printers they manufacture. It probably won't be long until they start making you use only HP paper, too. Lol. I can't recommend this printer anymore, although I have recommended its predecessors to many people.

      Hi there.

I’m sorry to learn that your printer’s automatic document feeder has performed so poorly. The frustration you express is wholly understandable, especially considering you often scan documents as long as 30 pages. I want to help you get the printer working to your satisfaction, so I’ll direct you to some resources aimed at making that happen.

First, I recommend you follow the steps in this guide to document feeders that pull through too many pages at once or fail to pick up paper at all:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01728503

If the problem persists, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and find a solution. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:

      - Model number
      - Serial number
      - Your location
      - Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)

I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies, so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link:
