Best printer I ever own little expensive but it’s worth it plus 6 months free of ink you can’t go wrong with this HP printer

Very happy with it. Especially double sided scanning. I don’t do much color printing so cannot comment on that part.

Poor I am totally disappointed with the services received. They were unacceptable. How many phone calls and times did I make. I am no longer confident in the company.

Needed a printer for one of my printers for business went out. I will keep it for it will at least do what I need it to do. Had no other choice since no other ones were in stock to get asap to replace printer that broke and had a lot more features than this one. Prints much slower than one had before.

HP's OfficeJet Pro 9025 is an attractive and sturdy all-in-one printer designed for a home or small office. It can be easily established as a wireless or ethernet network printer or can be connected using a USB cable. Setup and operation are simplified by a color touchscreen on the front of the printer. The two features here that might appeal most to small office users are the faxing capability and the dual paper trays (250-pages each!). And the scan/copy/fax modes can capture both sides of the source pages. Nice. But be advised that the two large trays make this a pretty hefty printer. But I think that these features have been around for a while and should be the default for any office-ready printer. Plus I found that although photographs printed very nicely, the printer couldn't make great decisions on how to deal with borders (but the colors were always vibrant). Ultimately, while printers are required to create paper images for us, they are feeling more and more like they have been designed by manufacturers as vehicles to sell ink and this printer is no exception. The documentation includes HP's advertisement for their ink subscription service and the printer setup is there to remind you of your savings with a subscription. At least this printer continues to use three colors and a larger capacity black - the newer fad of having all three colors in a single color cartridge makes me feel even more scammed. Motivations aside, though, this is a sweet printer - just not a groundbreaking printer.

Good printer so far. The touch screen typing is annoying, but otherwise it's done well

This is a great printer! My favorite function is the scan to email ability. I love that I can customize the email address of the scanner.

I really love my printer. It works very well. I haven't had it very long approximately about a month now. But it's really nice.

This HP printer is really easy to set up as a Google Print or even for a cell phone I like the way it operates and I don’t have to go out and buy ink!

Have had HP AIO inkjets for some time, this one does not appear to be as sturdy as printers in the past and the front panel input is far too small. Have only had the printer for a month so I am withholding performance judgement. I would recommend, but it would be a 'qualified' recommendation.

Works great!! I had the Geek squad set it up & he did a great job. Thums up to the printer & the geeksquad!!

I like the printer and with the help of one our IT guys they got me hooked up through our system so I could print. Like it so far!

Its a decent printer.... Unless you want to manually put paper in paper try such as check writing... For some reason printer does not detect new paper and needs to be turned off and back on again in order for printed check to come out.... Overall pretty good printer though

So far so good. The ink price at store seems to be pricey. No problems so far but has only been a couple of months.

Works perfectly with iMac and has not lost its connection.
