I love the printer, but I did not get a direction book and being 73, I sure could use one. How can I get one?

Great Printer I love it. For some reason Had to go back in and install the fax software. Wasn't all installed at one time.

Printing looks good, when this printer works. This however is a horrible printer. Has stupid error messages when it looses Wi-Fi that does not describe the problem. Constant issues when trying to print from tray 2. Won’t print more than 2 pieces of paper, without Displaying a message that the tray is full after “one” sheet of paper. Pair that up with the HP Smart app that crashes often, logs you out for no reason, running through hoops to log back in.

We’ve had this printer for over a year now & it’s been great, we love the wireless connectivity.

My hp printer is great.I enjoy having a wireless print.I am able to get more done.Thank you.

I bought this printer for my son. I have one similar to this one and it works great.

It does it all, from printing, to scanning, to faxing to copying. It also does color pictures. Recommend printer to anyone.

What happened HP? I have an officejet pro for many years until I purchase this one in May 2020. You have let go of the quality of the dual paper drawer officejets. Sad. The main complaint is the outbin full on the drawer 2 that stops the printing each time if printing more than 1 page that comes through on top of the drawer 2. The issue is the output sensor is too low and will only hold 1 piece of paper when printing. I have to remove each page before it prints anything else. Not good for time management or the quality your printing should be. Will be calling Geek Squad to correct or replace.

Easy setup and software allows tracking to keep up with my printing needs each month.

I have not yet used it as Much as I should have. It sure can use a soft wear for editing pictures, frames etc; before printing, smartApp isn’t that great for this printer, it needs a software to Completion other then that it’s an overall printer.

Haven’t had it long but it seems OK so far. It was easy to set up.

Very pleased with this new printer. It is a step up from previous printer that I had for several years.

We got tired of dealing with crappy printers, so we spent ten money for a good one.
