Customers are saying

Customers are impressed with the OfficeJet Pro 9025's print quality, ease of use, and performance. Many appreciate the dual paper trays and the straightforward setup process. However, some users find the printer to be somewhat loud and on the larger side. The wireless functionality and scanning capabilities also receive positive feedback.

The worst printer I have every owned, (in the last 40 years). The quality of the printing is fine. But it is so hard to use, constantly telling me it is "offline" for no apparent reason, won't scan, wireless set up is difficult. Just a very cranky printer. I will throw it away as soon as I can afford another.

This is a good all in one printer, but it does not give a count of the pages as it faxes like the HP I used to have. Aside from that it has worked well for my needs.

I’ve kept this because I figured I can no longer return especially without a box but the scanner is a piece of **** I needed something that I can easily scan to my computer without having to do circles to download a program that I already downloaded once and is no longer on my laptop. Now the only way to scan is to a USB yay, my laptop doesn’t have a USB port so I have to buy an extension for that too. The printer isn’t all what it’s caught up to be

      Hi there.

I’m sorry to hear that your printer’s scan function has performed poorly. I can certainly understand why this would be a tremendous inconvenience, especially if scanning is a big part of why you bought the printer. I want to help you resolve this problem, so I’ll provide some resources aimed at making that happen.

First, you should be able to scan to your computer. I recommend you visit a page on our support site that has diagnostic tools for various problems, including scanner issues. There you’ll find a general-purpose tool called the HP Print and Scan Doctor. If you use Windows, the tool will help identify and guide you through solutions to a wide range of common scanning as well as printing issues. Visit that page here:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/topic/diagnostics

You might also gain useful information from a guide to scanning with HP printers you’ll find on our support site. It includes instructions for various desktop and mobile operating systems as well as an FAQ section. Find that here:
      - support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2275901-2074064-16

If scanning difficulty persists, I suggest you contact us directly so we can help you assess what’s happening and find a solution. HP+ printers such as yours come with exclusive concierge support. To call and reach live HP+ experts, visit the following URL and enter your HP+ serial number:

I have only purchased HP printers for the past 30 years. This model was to replace the HP 8600 Premium printer that I was satisfied with for the past four years. I would never recommend this 9025 printer for anyone. The whole approach to the printer is cell phone and app driven. And when updates to operating systems and wifi connections occur, it requires starting over for re-establishing the connection. Whoever works at the HP design dept. needs to be replaced with an Epson employee as the 5790 workforce printer blows this HP dud away on all factors and for a lower purchase price and lower operating costs.

Very difficult to rate something you haven’t even gotten yet. Best Buy needs to develop a process that would make the product available for them to sell.

The printer works great, just had a few issues setting up the services which seem to be rooted into it not having the ability to set the TimeZone. Not a good thing for a web connected device.

THIS IS THE WORST PRINTER I HAVE EVER HAD HAND TO GOD!. You need an app to print anything. When it prints the paper is saturated. This is not for a small home office at all. This printer prints in reverse, and you cant change the settings because it is an app. The scanner is the worst, Max 300 DPI ONLY. You cant change the settings for auto rotation. If you want to add time to anything you are working on because you care less about time efficiency then this is the printer for you. This will never replace the HP Officejet 8740 All In One as that was a machine that really could do it all and was affordable on ink.
