    *The print quality for pictures has lots of lines on higher setting and sometimes on just regular setting..Inconsistent (Had my IT person check it out and it still does this) *It does not print through correctly on thicker paper(cardstock) ... even one at a time. *Long warm up cycle. *Plain paper setting doesn't allow for weight of paper.

    Lots of paper jams. Both trays must have paper all the time. Wish my prior printer had not broken with no repair option available.

    Prints documents ok. Printing pictures on picture paper is terrible. Would not recommend for pictures. Ink never dries. Clarity not very good.

    This is a good printer for a home setting but not for a business. It does not print 11x17 papers and the copy function is very slow

    Bought January 13, 2021. Useless brick by March 30, 2021. Had problems from day 1. Claims there’s a paper jam when there’s no paper present. Doesn’t scan because the scanner motor doesn’t engage anymore. Two sided copy doesn’t work anymore. One sided copy works but defeats the purpose of buying it for the document feeder. Can’t return to Best Buy anymore. So begins the wonderful adventure of dealing with the manufacturer. Best Buy has become the new Fry’s selling cheap plastic junk although this printer was not cheap to buy.

    I was drawn to the ECO ink feature of this printer. I am disappointed in the quality of the printed product. No where near the quality of my HP.

    I had the worst customer service experience in my life to begin the experience. The printer makes noise and I don’t think it’s going to last very long. I’ve only had about a month, when sending documents from my phone it doesn’t always print then I just get frustrated and give up.

    We purchased this printer in July 2019 for our home office use. It worked well until April 2020, we have three college-age kids, a high schooler, and preschooler. Our printer is seeing unprecedented use and now it constantly jams. We have changed the paper and followed every troubleshooting suggestion to no avail. We need printer and now we must buy a new one,
