Large capacity all in one printer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned a lot of printers in my lifetime and this rises to the top. First, it’s fast. I love the application interface and the paper capacity is large. The print quality is outstanding and it is very responsive when I hit the print button. The display is intuitive and gives me all of the information I need. The two sided printing actually pauses to let the ink dry before reversing it. The scanner is fast and gives a great menu of options once the scan has completed. It also has the option for single side or two sided scanning. The copy function also works great and includes options for two sided copying. I was surprised at how fast it handled both sides. The fax machine works as it should and offers the typical fax functions. There appears to be a mobile faxing option subscription as well with a two year trial. I did not have an opportunity to try this yet. One of the most noteworthy features is the self-healing Wi-Fi functionality. There is nothing more frustrating than needing to set up the Wi-Fi when an outage occurs. This appears to have the capability to repair itself when this happens. Finally, the ink program is so nice and hassle free. While I have it online, it appears as tough HP will monitor my ink capacity and send me replacements when I need them. This is such a nice feature compared to running out before I realize that I’m running low. This is a large machine and offers considerable capacity. I highly recommend it if you have the space. It is a workhorse.

New HP Office Jet Printer can’t get past print err
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I got this replacement printer setup; it showed and STILL SHOWED this error message “print head appears to be missing, not detected or incorrectly installed”. Reinstall the print head. I checked the printheads with a flashlight numerous times; reinstalled the new ink cartridges that came with the new printer multiple times. I also searched for tips & unplugged the power cord multiple times, ALL TO NO AVAIL! I cannot use my new printer all! I paid for geek squad and will talk tomorrow; I need this fixed or replaced to continue my business!

Great printer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The HP Officejet Pro 9025 has it all, and it’s truly an amazing printer. Setting up the printer was very painless and easy. The large printed instructions made it very simple, you plug in the printer, power it on, then load the ink. From there, you complete the set up with the HP Smart app. The app is designed very well, and has some amazing features that are very useful. Such as; scanning to your phone, scan to email and cloud. It also has a new feature called smart tasks, these are simple one button shortcuts that lets you get tasks done with one push of a button. Aside from all the great features, the app runs flawlessly as well. So far, I haven’t experienced any lag or errors at all. The Printer can also be operated from the built-in colored touchscreen as well. So, for those that don’t know how or don’t want to set up the app, you can do everything on the device that can be done from the app. The printer has 2 paper trays, one for plain paper, and the second for things such as envelopes and picture paper. I did a test run with an envelope address from Word, I was amazed how the printer automatically picked the correct tray that needed to be used. A nice new feature that I haven’t seen before, is the way it aligns the printer heads. The printer prints out a graph, then you place it into the scanner, in which the printer scans the reading and aligns it. You can save the paper for future alignments if your prints ever seem to be off. This speeds up the alignment process quite a bit. Last but certainly not least, is the print quality...The print quality in this printer is amazing! The results are crystal clear, with very bright and vibrant colors. Pictures come out very detailed and clear as well. Overall, I am very impress with HP for the OfficeJet Pro 9025. They hit a homerun with both the printer and the app with this one. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a new printer.

Fantastic printer!!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off, this is one super fast printer. It even printed a series of nice photos in a matter of seconds. Setup was easy. Using the HP Smart App, I was printing from my phone right away. Printing saved Word and Excel documents have never been easier. In the past I always had to email them to myself and then print from home. This saved a few steps and a lot of time. Home setup was easy too but it only shows this printer right now as a web services printer. It works fine but not sure why it’s not listed with my other wireless printer. I’ll have to spend some time later to see what I did wrong. Or maybe that’s just how it’s supposed to be. Scan to email is awesome and something I’ve wanted at home for a long time. Work’s perfectly. You can just run a document(s) through the printer and it will automatically email to any or all of the contacts you select. I use this feature at work to communicate with the corporate office and it works flawlessly on this printer – Awesome!! Double sided scanning at the same time – wow. I don’t have a whole lot of use for that but I’m sure it will come in handy at some point. This is one feature packed printer that will get a ton of use as I get my home office up to speed. I think the HP instant ink is a great idea and will most likely sign up for it at some point down the line as I always seem to run out of ink after business hours

Underwhelmed by HP all in one
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not buy this printer. It runs like a car from the 1920's. It can't even handle basic tasks like scanning to a PC without getting completely tangled up. I had an HP all in one that I bought around 2010 that held up and was an awesome performer. It finally went out on me and I bought this HP OfficeJet Pro 9025e in a pinch working on a project in the home office. The quality has gone downhill significantly.

Worst printer ever!
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just horrible. There are so many ways in which this printer is the worst piece of tech I have ever had the misfortune of owning. After spending over 5 hours on the phone with HP trying to get it to work, I'm not going to waste more time going into detail. Just know that if you buy this, you will hate yourself.

Much Worse Than Its Predecessor
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this printer to replace an 8000 series HP printer that had become intermittently unreliable. That was my first mistake. This printer cannot hold a candle to the one it replaced, and the almost unbreakable strings attached to the HP app and their instant ink program make it very exasperating to use at times. I would not buy this or any other HP printer again if I am tied to their app and their ink program.

Great For School and Home Business
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Printers are probably the most boring tech item you purchase. You typically just want something that will work for you. I have always used HP Printers and love them but our last one was not great for a couple of specific reason and of no fault of the printer. The first was because we use the printer for school work for the kids and my wife's home business there are time we have to print a lot of pages and the previous printer was a feeder rather than a tray and we would run out of paper quickly and constantly have to reload it. This new one has two trays that hold a ton of paper and we have to reload it less often than the other one. The second issue this printer solves for us is the ink tank size. yes with HP+ we did not have an issue running out of ink with out other printer, but we did have to get new ink more often than with these new printer. If you need something for a home business where you print a lot of pages this printer is absolutely perfect for that. I did also want to note that I love HP+ it will not be for everyone as I feel it benefits heavy users more than light users of printers. But not having to think about ink or running out of ink at a crucial moment and having to try and run around finding ink for your printer especially during the pandemic has been incredibly helpful. If you print a lot I recommend this printer and making sure you get HP+

HP office jet pro 9025 - thumbs down
||Posted . Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worst hp office jet purchased yet. Issues from new include power cord didn’t fit well, fell out easily. Next, would spin and spin and take several minutes to print first page. Now, after minimal use 1 year later won’t work at all. Should have sent it back in the beginning.

Nice Printer Nice Prints tough setup
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer makes good prints, quick speed. The setup was a little tough to perform and the directions weren't very clear. After install though it works well and has a lot of nice features. I setup the initial ink plan to take advantage of the free ink but don't know if I'll keep the subscription vs buying the ink. My HP experience w/ ink prices has been bad in the past but I decided to give HP a try again when my last printer went up. Some good features: wireless/wired operation - can print from mobile devices via app. Will setup to multiple devices. The ink plans can be adjusted based on your needs to make sure you don't run out of ink, handles large sizes up to 11x14, print, scan, copy. it's on the larger size but needed to handle the multi tray large capacity and I like the 2 sided auto print.

Fast printing in a compact space
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 is an interesting update from the 8725, it’s popular predecessor. However, it’s operating in a space that’s different than when the 8725 first appeared in 2016. Color laser printers have become more affordable, touch screens more prevalent, and cloud services more pervasive. HP seems to have recognized these trends, but took an odd approach to dealing with them. To set up this printer you need to install the app. To set up scanning to cloud services, you need to use the app. To scan to e-mail, you need to use the app or web interface. To fax, you need to use the app. In all, this printer won’t work if you don’t have a smart phone or recent tablet. There are very few front panel controls, despite a nice, bright, color touchscreen. The best new feature HP added to this printer was to make it smaller. Despite having lower dimensions than its predecessor, HP added a 2nd paper tray. This was all done without sacrificing speed. Unfortunately, it didn’t gain any speed either. Printing is still rated at 25 pages per minute. I printed 2 pages in ~22 seconds with 15 seconds for the first page. Printing double sided slows the printer considerably due to it waiting for the ink to dry on the first side before sucking it back in to print on the other side. Scanning speed has sped up considerably, if you consider the duplex scanner built into the lid. The scanner automatically detects single sided documents and deletes blank pages from the resulting scan. Unlike other printers, you can’t set the sensitivity, even in the app. Scans were crisp and easy to read. Colors were well-represented. File size was larger than its commercial brethren. PDFs were also larger than other printers I’ve used. Printing pictures are where this shines ahead of inexpensive lasers. The ink creates deep color with sharp definition. Photo paper works best with inkjets, not lasers, so you can get a glossy print that rivals professional quality. Tl;dr You’ll get good photos, decent prints, and a double sided scanner, at slower than average speeds. There are better printer options in terms of speed, front controls, and ease of use. Ink prices reasonable with the Instant Ink options. For lots of scanning or double sided printing, I’d strongly consider a color laser from Brother or Canon.

HP printer is the slowest
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this printer for my business. It prints by WiFi from my HP windows 10 pc (approx 7 months old). This is the slowest printer I have ever owned. 16 pages in 13 minutes. Definitely not what HP/Best Buy advertises.
