Posted .Hi there.
I’m sorry to hear that your printer has rendered prints of poor quality. I understand why this would be a big disappointment as well as a frustration. I want to help you remedy this situation, so I’ll offer some suggestions I hope will accomplish that.
First, I recommend following the steps listed in a guide on our support site to improving print quality, including faded or streaked prints, color or black ink not printing properly or at all, and blurred or fuzzy text. Find that guide here:
- support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06191659
If print quality does not improve, I suggest that you contact us directly at +1 800-474-6836 so we can help you assess the situation and find the best course of action. (Please note that because of restrictions on personal movement and workplace attendance associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, wait times for agents are longer than normal. Thanks in advance for your understanding.) To expedite the process, I recommend gathering the following information before the call:
- Model number
- Serial number
- Your location
- Case number (from any previous contact with HP support)
I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies – and that warranty extends to two years with an HP+ account – so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link:

Great Printer with Excellent Features
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer prints very high quality documents. Not typically what you see from an ink jet printer. Very easy to set up and use. HP always makes it easy to work with their products and get ready updates. Highly recommended.

A true All-in-one
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Before this printer, I was happily using an Officejet 8600 Pro Plus, which at the time, was a top model. The 9025 is an improvement in every way. Whether color or B&W, it is very fast, and if printing in the wee hours, the silent mode is a great addition. My wife appreciates with that one. :-) Connecting to wi-fi was seamless. With my 8600, there was a widespread issue with the printer creating a static IP, and blocking connection. This looks to be repaired. The quality of the prints exceeds the 8600. Photos rival my Canon, which is a major plus. I'd often have to set-up separate printers for image quality. A major plus is the dual paper trays. Loading/unloading paper to exchange between standard paper and photo paper can be tedious. Having each loaded all the time eases my workflow, and makes it more likely to print pictures. A lost art... Duplex scanning is still on par. I do appreciate the added function of an "ID button" that prepares the printer for the dual sided task. The screen is smaller than the 8600, but it is much more responsive to touch. Very fluid. Now, the app. At first, I was unsure how I would use the "smart task" feature, but it only took one recipe to find the value. I set-up a all-in-one smart task just for testing. While out and about, I found a recipe I wanted to try. I took a photo with my phone, sized the document through the app, and executed. It saved it directly to my Drive, sent it to me email and had a printed copy waiting for me when I arrived home. Could be overkill, but I find it assuring. The other functions of the app minimize going between different devices for functions. Once again, aided the workflow. I do miss my card reader, but the multifunction USB connector will definitely make do. At this moment, for my needs, I really do not have any negatives to report. It passed all my need-specific tests and is a worthy successor to my good ole 8600. I have yet to try the ink on demand, but if it is true to cost, I may sign up. Happy printing.

Easy, Fast, and Exceptional
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. As a consumer of electronic devices, having a printer at home that "do it all" nowadays is somewhat a necessity, especially since having more time to work remotely from home over the past year. Sure, everyone wants printer, scanner, and fax machine that is multifunctional. However, to have a product that can do all those things, do them well, and with an easy to use interface and set-up - that is something that may be slightly more rare to find. And that with those specific characteristics, and more, this product excels.. Out of the box and physically setting up this printer is pretty straightforward. One of the first things I noticed out of the box is that for a printer this size, it wasn't too heavy to lift at all and place it on top of a short bookshelf. Plugging it up wasn't an issue at all, though I do wish it came with a longer power cord. That is subjective, though, and just depends upon where you have an outlet conveniently set up. Once it is situated and ready to go, it is advised you utilize the HP Smart app to set up the printer. Now, generally speaking, when a product requires you to download an app just to set it up for use, that usually turns a guy like me away. Who wants to download another app on their phone or tablet just to take up space and potentially slow down your device? I'm going to guess no one since you and I can't physically see one another as you read this. After downloading the HP Smart app, hesitantly, it was a really, really smooth process the rest of the way. My printer was ready to rock and roll in less than 10 minutes, maybe 15 if you include removing it from the box and setting it up physically. One of the cool things about the app itself is that you can actually monitor your printer's ink levels right off your phone. So, if you're at a store wondering if you might need to pick up printer ink, it's as simple as just checking the app. Yes, you do have to create an HP account and profile, but you can also opt out of their promotional E-Mails and such so you don't have your E-Mail getting full. Some other cool features with the app itself include being able to print photos directly from your phone or device, being able to "scan" a document using your device camera, and being able to also send a fax from your phone (still learning how to do this). Overall, I am very impressed with this product by HP, and to be honest, they were not on my radar at all when it comes to printing devices/products. This product has changed that. Awesome job, HP!

Another Reliable HP Printer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had HP printers for what feels like forever. It was time for an upgrade and the 9025 was the perfect replacement printer. This one feels more like a workhorse than my last. Easy setup, multiple paper trays, mobile printing, faster scanning, and sharing to the cloud make this a great home office printer. I'm still getting used to that last one, where I can connect my printer directly to my Google Drive. You do have to put your trust in the system to protect access to your drive. At least with HP, I do, so far. Still putting printer through its paces but so far looks like a great decision.

For me, this is the best!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worth the extra money over inferior inkjets. Prints quickly, easy to use touch screen interface and scanning is quick and accurate. This does print very loud though, but has a quieter mode that is not as fast printing. I had the 8060 model for 11 years and expect the same from this one.

Big printer with many features!
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It took me quite some time to set this printer up, but the outcome has been wonderful. I don’t have to go to pay to copy, or fax print because I have it at home! I’ve had a previous HP basic printer and this is a major upgrade. I love that I can print anything from my iphone. The only 2 cons I would have to give is that it is fairly bulky and uses laser ink.

Good all in one printer
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This printer was pretty easy to set up and get running. It doesn't take up too much space for an office pro printer, which is nice. It does print quickly but is a bit louder than expected. It even prints 2 sided quickly. Having the 2 trays for paper is very convenient. Options to print in color and black ink. The printed pages print very clear and professional looking. The scanner, copier and digital fax works very well. Pages are clear. I was able to print from laptop, tablet and phone with no issues once I installed HP Smart app. You can also print to Google drive and Dropbox, there are also cloud options, but these are the 2 I used. I also activated the HP+ where I will receive 6 months free ink, which is based on being able to print 1,500 pages per month, which is more than enough. They offer an option that I haven't needed to use yet, that you can print anywhere and pick up privately. You do have to keep printer connected online. As the program keeps track of how many pages you print and ink usage. You have the option of choosing to use the Instant Ink subscription program, there are different prices depending on how many pages you think you'll print monthly. Options are pretty affordable, starting at .99 for 15 pages month to 49.99 for 1,500 pages month. You can also change plans and add to plans. I think this instant ink program makes it convenient to not run out of ink. Overall, everything is working well and no issues.

Easy to use
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very nice printer, easy to use. Can plug it in or use wirelessly. If you do wireless then you have to be on the same wireless network to use. I use a iPhone and had no issues printing from phone. It does 2 sided as well which is a plus. Looks nice, works great. If looking for a printer this is one to look at.

Good printer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The printer works very well when the computer is directly connected to the printer. The only issue is setting it up on my network. I spoke with a work associate, and he indicated the same issue. Really could use some help in the network setup. I did not experience this issue with my last HP printer, which connected to the network easily. Could use help in creating a network connection!
