I will jump in and tell the only thing that is a challenge with this printer, The setup and installation is not the easiest of HP printers, but once the installation is done.this is by far the best printer available for any home or small business. Admittedly it may price some folks out of home use but for me personally I am excited to have such a great product. The printing and scan features are perfect.

Printer does everything that our old one did and then some. It also fits in with her decor and Conexão effortlessly weather Wi-Fi system as well as all of our devices.

This printer has lots of good reviews. In the first 30 days, I loved it as well. But for an office environment, this is not the best pick. It's VERY finnicky. It has too many alarm sensors and it seems like something is ALWAYS holding up my print jobs. I've had to call HP customer service 3 times over 9 months. They've been helpful but the printer is high on my NEVER BUY AGAIN list. I used to love HP officejets. I've owned 4 or 5 of them over the last decade. This one is the worst. For sure. It's led to massive frustration on a weekly, and sometimes DAILY basis. Our employees also have issues, constantly. And nothing is worse than sitting with an auditor and trying to get your printer to work. DON'T BUY this hunk of junk. Seriously. It's a total piece.

Have had the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 for about a year now. Great printer but annoying as heck that the app used to scan to my iMac takes forever and a day to load. Seems like the HP Smart app has to relay the app to Mars and back to load itself. Seems like the App would be better named HP not-so-Smart What gives HP? Way below your standards!!
