Very pleased with print quality, paper handling, scanning, and speed. Ink's not the cheapest, but the type from this machine looks crisper than on some of the competing printers with bigger ink tanks. Works well with both Windows and Mac systems.

It is very similar to my old printer. I haven’t used it enough to get used to it, but it seems simple enough. I like the fact that it doesn’t have to be wireless.

HP does it again. I use their printers since early 2k. Fast, bigger size paper capability, colors are great and yes, I do print some pics on this one. I like it better than my laser printer, also HP, and easy to maintain

This printer is just fine. The print quality is good, but there are a few little issues that make it somewhat difficult to use. One, the printer often claims the paper size has been changed when in fact, no paper has been added or removed from the tray. Sometimes this causes one to press a button before printing a page - even when printing a document with multiple pages. (you can see how annoying this could be). Two, I'm not sure it's Instant Ink technology works. We've run out of ink twice without the system notifying HP to send new ink in time. (yes, we've been using the proprietary Instant Ink cartridges). So, it's not terrible, but not a breeze to use.

It prints ok in both formats. It is more limited in paper choice than previous machines: i. e., won't print the weight cardstock the 7740 and 8500 could, and doesn't allow me to choose the quality of printing.

I have been using the large-format printer from HP for decades and find that their clarity in printing color images/photos is unbeatable compared to other brands. Due to my kind of work, there are times that I need an 11x17 paper output and the HP OfficeJet Pro 9730e was the closest match to my former HP7740 Printer that eventually stopped working.

GREAT PRODUCT. HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS USING THE PRINTER. AND THE COPIER. TRULY A THREE IN ONE MACHINE. GIVING ME MY MONEY'S WORTH.

The first time it did not work crucial error message, was replaced. Replacement was satisfactory. Others have mentioned problems with this printer. This one is needed specifically for larger paper

With my husband working from home more, we needed something that had the ability to print 11x17 blueprints. This printer as well exceeded our expectations. Print quality is great.

I love this printer! I was excited to have two trays for paper. I print patterns and need card stock and regular office paper too. This is the second HP printer i’ve had. it’s great that i can get the ink delivered as well on a subscription.
