easy setup and great copies HP has great equipment abd this is another one price was excellant

Absolutely love it, its wider than my older one and was easy to set up,quick to print and good quality pictures.

I haven't gotten to play around with the settings to see if I can improve the picture quality- I was hoping for similar quality or better than my old Envy... I print lots of pictures for my preschool classroom, and so far this one has turned out grainy every time. Not terrible, just super grainy compared to my Envy. I'm hoping I can fix that - if so, I would give it a 5. I like the option of printing larger sized posters for the classroom, thats why I chose this one over the other model I was considering. Hopefully I didnt make a mistake- I think I would prefer better quality pictures over the bigger size.

Love this large format printer, very quiet and stunning print quality.

Overall great with all tasks, only downside is the size of the printer. It’s huge.

Basically we like this printer as there are few wide-fomat multi-function to choose from, i.e. Epson 7620WF and HP Office Jet Pro 9730e. The Epson materials are inferior and the printer is monster heavy. The HP on the other hand is a much more solid printer wnd weighs about 1/2 as much as the Epson. However, we are unable to shut the printer off without unplugging it. For this reason we give it only 3 stars.

It was a little hard to set up, but it was really great once we got it set up. I love the 2 tray option. It is HUGE and take up allot of space, but besides that, it works great!

Very pleased with print quality, paper handling, scanning, and speed. Ink's not the cheapest, but the type from this machine looks crisper than on some of the competing printers with bigger ink tanks. Works well with both Windows and Mac systems.

It is very similar to my old printer. I haven’t used it enough to get used to it, but it seems simple enough. I like the fact that it doesn’t have to be wireless.

I like this printer. It is a good one for work from home or small business. I had it for a few months. It is an essential for me.

GREAT PRINTER , VERY QUITE , QUITE LARGE IN SIZE, DIDN'T USE ALL FEATURES YET BUT SO FAR SO GOOD

Good all purpose printer, copier and scanner. Able to print 11 X 17 ledger paper. Short on instructions, had to go to internet for answers to questions.

I choose this printer for it's dual tray and all in one features. It works great!

It requires a huge area designated for it. It did not fit on my desk.

I have been using the large-format printer from HP for decades and find that their clarity in printing color images/photos is unbeatable compared to other brands. Due to my kind of work, there are times that I need an 11x17 paper output and the HP OfficeJet Pro 9730e was the closest match to my former HP7740 Printer that eventually stopped working.

I needed a printer that would utilize both regular and legal size paper. This fit the bill. Have had HP printers before with good success. I purchased it at Best Buy because of their sales staff and customer service. They are literally the best!!!
