Specs inaccurate - NO RGB Keyboard!!

I purchased this laptop, spent 45 minutes explaining and letting the Geeksquad try to figure out how to get the RGB keyboard to work. The keyboard has red painted keys, and is red backlit. The model with the RGB keyboard has white keys!! I returned and went to Office Depot.
