I bought this laptop to be able to easily game when I travel, or can't sit down at my PC in my office. It plays all new titles very well. The screen is decent and the refresh rate is awesome. This does not replace a high end gaming PC, but is very versatile for what I need it to be. The power supply gets very hot and I recommend a laptop cooler to go with it.

Originally purchased a certified open box and the laptop overheated and shut down in less then a week and a half. Was very upset with the certified quality. But, Best Buy sold me The same laptop brand new and unopened For the same price. They redeemed themselves. The laptop runs great and does everything that it my kids needs in college.

I bought this laptop mainly for editing videos and gaming. It does very well in both. I have no problems playing any games with the 2060 graphics card built in and with the i7 processor it edits very well. I did end up upgrading the RAM to 32 Gb and am going to add more storage too. The laptop is very sleek and doesn’t look like a gaming laptop at first glance which is what I wanted. It also keeps cool when playing any game! Highly recommend

First time buying a gaming laptop. The Speed and graphic card on this machine is very impressive.

This Omen is fast and quiet with a great graphics card. I expected it to be kind of heavy given what's inside. It's not super light but it's definitely not too heavy. I love this computer. Be aware that it's not a touch screen and doesn't have a super long battery life, but that's a perfectly fine trade off for the power and speed for me.

Excellent machine. I play large games and they look beautiful. Very good all around computer.

A good solid gaming laptop in a sleek package. Good heat management and responsive with quick boot times. The keyboard does have more spaced out keys, but it doesn't really hinder my typing much. The screen does have a bit of flex to it, but not enough to concern me unless you intend to be pretty rough with it. Very happy with my purchase.

Very solid laptop for adobe creative suite and gaming. Has held up great with no issues. The only minor complaint are that the fans can be quite loud, but not as bad a base ps4 taking flight. Also using hybrid mode and turning down brightness you can get several more hours out of the battery for web browsing.

Got it home took it out of the box and had to load a program for school on it. It kept locking up. I had to reload the program 3 or 4 times before it finally took. Then I had to use it for a zoom meeting and for watching videos for my classes and I could barely hear it. Even when I turned the volume up to 100 I had a hard time hearing it. I have to either use headphones to hear or I have to use an external bluetooth speaker which barely does it for sound. I figured because it is basically a gaming computer that the speakers would be nice and loud. The speakers suck bad! I just wanted something with its so-called power because I will be using it for classes that require AUTO-CAD and I want to be sure there is enough there that the CPU wasn’t going to get bogged down, including the memory. I will never listen to another Best Buy seller again. He had me in a spot because my laptop at home fried snd I needed another laptop fast for my assignments for school. I went against my better judgement buying this craptop and I should have stuck with my gut feeling to not buy it. Expensive lesson to learn. Never, ever again will I buy another HP laptop! I don’t care what anyone says, especially a Best Buy salesman!

Absolute beast of a laptop. I did a TON of research before purchasing, and while this may not seem like the best value for the cost, it over performs its specs! I do everything on this laptop including games, photoshop designing, video calls, journaling, etc. No limits here! It boots up in 3 seconds with the Optane technology as well.

Works great, runs fast, plays games super smooth. Overall really happy with this buy.

Runs very well for my heavily modded sims game. I would recommend a cooling mat but the temperature has yet to exceed 180 when I play on it. Keeping the laptop plugged in will help it run better. It has about a two to three hour battery life on better battery mode.

Amazing gaming laptop! Great graphics and performance. Definitely worth every dollar!

From what I’ve used of this from my first week and a half of ownership this pc has ran flawlessly, Fran rates are consistent and high compared to a bunch of other PCs. Fan noise can get a bit on the loud side but it cools the pc down to a point where it won’t expand and combust like other laptops are known to.

It's a fantastic laptop, has an amazing keyboard, incredible 300Hz 1080p screen and enough horsepower with its RTX 2060 and i7 that it can handle just about any game. The only thing that bothers me about it is the battery life. It's truly awful, it's the only downside here, but on battery life I can barely get 3 hours out of it.

This laptop is amazing. Nice and lowkey design, which is great for me because I like the shift in focus from design to usability. A great example of form following function. Simple, strong, and super useful. Would recommend this laptop to anyone like me who does love to play videogames, but wants to keep that lowkey to be able to take the laptop anywhere and use it for anything.
