But the product I received has some issues like speakers arent working well while using youtube, while gaming. Screen goes off while plugging in & out for charging.

Fast laptop but be careful of what software used

I think the disappointments were software related, specifically the virus protection software that came with it free. This laptop was supposed to be fast as lightning since it is a gaming laptop, however it runs a little slower than expected. When I installed the same virus protection software on two other desktops, it slowed them down too which is why I think this new HP Omen gaming laptop didn't reach my expectations. As for other features, the video, the display, SSD, etc., who could ask for more?
