The battery life is insanely terrible for a expensive laptop getting only one hour for web browsing. I don't know if you should do this, but in task manager, if you close all " hp omen/omen gaming hub " it increases your battery life to about four hours just web browsing/YouTube. Although the screen is terrible, regular enthusiasts wouldn't notice. Overall I'm keeping this entry level gaming laptop because i want to play fortnite & trust me when i say, I've been looking for a competitive reason to return it.

I purchased this laptop for school and light gaming. Overall it fits its purpose. For school purposes(IT/Computer Science) it handles virtual labs and multiple programs simultaneously without issue. The display and performance are great for most games I play (RTS/RPG). I'm no expert when it comes to PC gaming, but seems to perform well. The OMEN optimization settings make tweaking performance easy as well.

Super easy to set-up to all of a 1/2 hour.and super fast. Great pc and i can 0lay Diablo IV with no problems. Love my omen.

Great laptop! Runs great with big games like Cyberpunk 2077, although it can get a little hot.

The laptop works well and has no trouble with the games I play. My only issue is the lack of a disc drive and a number pad, but that's due to design, not failure.

We purchased 2 of these for our kids for gaming purposes. It's a little big and noisy/loud to my taste, but my kids love them and use them daily. We purchased an Intel I5 and an I7 version of HP Omens laptops it has great video GPUs and decent CPUs with lots of memory and processing power. The size 16 is bigger than other laptops due to its chipsets, fans, and processors. We got them on sale and it’s a good buy

Fast, sleek and powerful. A good option for a powerful home computer and decent for gaming.

It’s a little heavy but it’s very good until now. People say that this model freezes but it didn’t happen with me yet.

I love the computer, it's miles ahead of my old one. Battery is good, i did get mine used so that might factor in to why it isn't amazing, but i can do basic work for a while before plugging in, gaming or needs to be plugged after about 30 minutes give or take. Graphics are smooth. No lag. I bought primarily for the Sims 4 with most of the expansion packs present to give you a sense of performance. Also use it for design work, editing work. Photoshop runs great as well.

Best laptop ive gotten so far only thing is charger had ro get replaced cauee ot stop working

It has been years since purchasing a laptop and I was surprised by the lack of bloatware that came on this. I kind of wish the screen was a little more impressive but 1080p at 144Hz has a great look to it. Diablo IV with quality to high quality settings plays smooth. Overall I’m very happy with the purchase. I have yet to run it not plugged in so I’ll give it a five because it’s a gaming laptop and I wouldn’t think too many are running with it off a power supply.

Great gaming laptop, it can run games at great speeds, does get a bit hot but a stand will fix that easily.

solid pc, able to play most triple a games at 1080

This was my first gaming laptop and so far it has been able to play all my games with no problems. Starts up really quick and has been a great purchase for black friday in my opinion. The only negative I would say is the battery life is short but other than that I just keep it plugged in when gaming so it's not a big deal. It feels very nice and quality.

Good labtop for gaming does get a bit hot when charging and using.For the price I feel it shouldn’t get so hot.
