    I don't recommend this item to play game. It's so slow and bad hardware inside. I couldn't able to return it because when I started to use it working well within returnable periods. After that laptop become slow and can't play games even small game. Note: Don't buy it for gaming

    This product did not come with the 6 months of Trend Micro antivirus protection as stated. Best Buy tech support claim that they couldn’t do anything about it. I’m not a satisfied customer and will not be shopping with this company anymore.

    Absolutely disappointed by the service of Best Buy and their delivery partner FedEx. My package was delivered to a different address and I had to go through the process of contacting FedEx and Best buy to get the package update. After 3 months still the package is not delivered I have been told by FedEx that you should contact the sender. Best Buy has denied any support from their end. I have officially lost $1000 on this product that I didn't receive. Definitely not gonna recommend anyone to go with BestBuy from now on.
