I don't know whats wrong with this laptop but I have to restart it second time, otherwise it works with lags and will have slow respond time. I bought the brand new, not the open box or refurbished. Overall after second restart it performs good, offers acceptable FPS and smooth game play also has RGB lighting. Fan sound is high its like playing with Boing 777 engine.

I'm, quite familiar with pc's and owned quite a few gaming laptops, my last one being a Asus G14. I like this laptop more for a few reasons. It runs cooler, it has thunderbolt ports that you can do quite a lot with if you're familiar with them and it has a faster refresh rate on a bigger screen with better resolution. Now it is a little bit heavier but far from being cumbersome. This computer packs desktop performance in a small size with a reasonable price tag. 10/10 would recommend if you're on the fence about it.

It gets the job done for everything I need it to do. However, it is a more stationary laptop. The portability is okay, given the lower battery life. If you are using this for gaming, then it's great; for school, it's okay.

This laptop is excellent for both daily use and gaming. It offers impressive performance and a vibrant display. The sleek design and customizable RGB lighting give it a premium feel. The only drawback is its battery life.

This laptop is hands down the quickest and most efficient laptop I've ever used. The only thing I would change is battery life. I don't use it for any gaming and it still draws fast. The plus side is that I can have 10 pages open and working and it will still charge fully in about a half hour or so from 20%.

It's performance is really good for most of the things. As a computer science student, I mostly use it for programming and gaming, and it never disappointed me. Battery life is a little short but still not so bad. Overall, I love the computer.

This was a replacement computer for the one that didn't work for me. I've had HP before and this lives up to my previous computers. Smooth transition from my old laptop to this one. Great battery life. I will be upgrading the RAM but, so far, I haven't had any difficulty with the memory. I don't game but I watch videos. The screen quality, the refresh rate, the video quality are all superb.

Handles all my games I upgraded to 32gb tried to only do 1 memory card of 32gb wont work has to be a sodimm kit. I suggest buying a cooling pad if you intend to play for long amounts of time on it the computer can get pretty Hot which according to a friend is an i9 issue.

I bought this laptop as a replacement, and it works beautifully. I can’t play many games without keeping it on the charger, but the graphics and runtime are incredible. Overall would highly recommend it, keep in mind of the battery though.

First swing at a gaming laptop and i have to say its a homerun! I do recommend you get a cooling pad if you game for a long period of time. It does run a little hot.

Absolutely awesome laptop. If your browsing or working its perfect, great with multi-tasking and lightning fast. Runs every game I've tried great, havent had a single issue.

It’s been fantastic. Only problem I’ve found is that one of my keys is coming up the wrong color and I can’t fix it but outside of that it runs all of the games I have smoothly and doesn’t get that hot

Amazing laptop. I did a lot of research before deciding to finally purchase one. This was the once I went with. I needed something for travel and this is a perfect fit. Great thermals throughout gaming and much lower than other laptops. Also love the thin-ness of this laptop. Not even close to being super bulky. Biggest plus is it seems they don’t skimp much on parts at all. Everything feels quality, one thing I noticed before buying this laptop is people said the screen is flimsy but it’s not to much? Of course it’s a laptop it’s going to be a little flimsy but I can say I’m not worried about it at all, seems very sturdy and I’m looking forward to using this laptop lots more.

This laptop delivers everything I expected. I’m planning on installing a game in it and feel confident that it won’t disappoint. I highly recommend this laptop. The price is amazing also!

Excellent performance. Right for the price. Memory and Hard drive are appropriate. Gaming component works great. Happy with its appropriate functionality and capacity.

I have used the device for 1 month now. So far I haven't had an issue. The speed is good. The fan was loud when the setting was in high performance, I had to switch it to eco mode (2100rpm).

Perfect laptop, the battery runs fast with high performance settings but, it's too much just for the battery, graphics and processor work perfectly, just what I wanted
