Thus far the computer has been functioning propoerly.

I’ve had this laptop for three weeks now and it is amazing. Plays all of my games in high graphics and runs them well. Fans can be a bit loud, but what gaming laptop running a 3070 doesn’t? Screen is beautiful, absolutely love it. Great laptop all around.

Best quality i like my new laptop its really fast.

This is hard to review because my first laptop sent to my by Best Buy was actually a used model with a messed up graphics card. I had to return it and buy a new one. As a photographer, this was a huge inconvenience after downloading everything I needed to run my business then having to wait on a new computer and do it all over again. So far the new one is fine and I hope I have no further issues. The battery life is not great.

Best bang for the buck. Shopped many different sites and compared all the different models in this spec range and this was by far the best deal for what you get. Only con is I would rather have Windows 10 but it is what it is.

I really wanted to like this laptop. I must have had a bad unit. Screen tearing was really bad while playing games and had to return it. I fully cleaned all drivers and reinstalled them and still had same issues. I did like the keyboard and the screen was really nice. Fans were pretty loud and keyboard did get hot while playing also.

Good laptop, too bad no num pad. Also on the hotter side once GPU is running at full speed.

The configuration for this gaming laptop looks awesome so far and quality is also good.

This laptop was purchased for my adult son who is a serious amatuer gamer. Although I am not personally fluent in "tech speak", his techie friend highly recommended this particular laptop and Best Buy came through for us with both price and fast delivery

Great performance in games. Stays cool even when overclocking GPU. Bigger screen in same size chassis as older 15" laptops. Great performance from the 3070 at mining, performs like a 3070 non-LHR.

Beautiful, responsive graphics. Very pleased with capability of this laptop.

On paper, this laptop looks great. Even in person it LOOKS great, screen is very nice, shell looks good. The poor thing is just littered with problems. To sum it up, after hours of working on updating drivers, reinstalling the operating system, tweaking settings, even working with a geek squad agent, the unit never worked well with the internet. Download speeds would tank the second you tried because of miscommunication between the weak wifi card and respective router (several different routers and ISP's were used). Battery life was bad but again, it is a gaming laptop. Returned, bummed. HP OMEN laptops have a history of being 50/50, hopefully you get a good one if you order.

Fantastic gaming laptop. It is quick to boot. Up and plays forza so well!!!! Also the light up keyboard is so neat and the white outer shell looks epic

Great entertainment for the children! Definitely buy another for myself!

So this laptop is amazing. But… none of the games ive played run at 165 or even 60. Idk how to make it go up. Even if i lower the resolution. Disable a bunch in the windows settings. Make sure the refresh rate is set to 165. Nothing i do works please help its my first time owning a pc

Great laptop but trackpad goes dead or lags every once in a while. Closing and reopening lid will make it come back to life for a few minutes. Not sure if hardware or software issue but HP sent a flash drive to reinstall Windows. I doubt it will fix this issue. From what I hear it's a very common problem with this laptop.

This PC is the quietest among all gaming PCs I owned.

So far so great! It's exceptionally fast and can run warzone and vanguard at max settings while still getting 100 fps or so.
