HP Omen 16 suddenly died (not turning on)

Now, I'm locked out of everything and I have an expensive brick that HP won't help me with because I can't get back in to the email I set up on there. My dad had recently died so it took me a bit of time past the bestbuy return window to boit up for the 1st time. FML
