I wanted a dedicated gaming laptop with the following specs: the newest Intel i7 CPU, separate and fast graphics card, 17" hi-res screen, 1TB hard drive, etc... This computer was the only one (under $1500) that fits the criteria. I can get over 90 FPS in games in high-resoluation mode. I am completely satisfied.

Bought this Laptop because I am traveling for work and wanted to play some games in my down time. Runs very fast with no lag, the sound is very good, and it's a good size. Only complaint is the battery life.

I bought this gaming laptop for my wife. I bought myself an Asus ROG. We game together and this laptop being 2/3rd the cost of mine, holds its own. My wife (heavy gamer) is very happy with this purchase.

This is a gaming laptop but I am not a PC gamer. I bought this because I edit video and when I heard that this laptop had a nice dedicated graphics card ANNNND it was on sale for $999? ! rushed out and bought it before they were all gone. And guess what ? they're all gone. I haven't seen a better deal. anywhere. Ok So my Adobe CS6 Master suite works SMOOOTH! . Premiere Pro works SMOOOTH! and yeah I tried some gaming. Games and graphics work real nice. I know theres higher end graphics cards out there but since I LIke Xbox One, well this compares well or better. Enjoy if you bought one

I bought this as a graduation gift for my grandson. He loves gaming and will also soon begin taking college classes. This computer will meet the needs for both.

I had an iMac for the last five years, but because I will be able to work from home temporarily so I purchased this HP Laptop and really love the ease of use.

I am a Drafter and need Autocad LT as well as Revit and works perfectly. No slow down. I also game online via Xbox Anywhere and that works great as well.

For the performance and the appearance, definitely a good purchase. Accommodates my needs for both gaming and schooling. Gameplay is incredibly smooth as well as the multitasking.

I don't use my OMAN for games even though it is an excellent PC, I got it for its speed. I use it for Photoshop and digital work and other programs

I got the Omen laptop for editing HD video, and it's working great. It renders the video faster than any laptop I've ever owned and runs the video editing software smoothly.

I love this computer. It runs Steam great. It also runs my Elgato great. I can stream without any problems. I love that the keyboard lights up.

bought this at the recommendation of the best buy employee and I am not complaining. its a great laptop for the total war games I like to play

All in all, this computer has performed exceptionally. My games run well at very high picture quality. Its blazing fast performing any task.

This computer does what it says it will and does it fast. Good amount of memory. A decent graphics card. A quick boot up time with the SSD.

SO clear and fast, It's great for surfing, playing and writing. I use it every day and even take it with me on trips.

This is an excellent gaming laptop. It's fast, powerful, and has a good size hard drive for the price. The only down fall is that it's a little heavy and bulky.

This is a great mid range laptop for its price.Have been able to play every game at max settings and 40-60fps. Does what it says.
