I literally just bought this PC and got it today hooked it up and then all those crazy stuff to make sure it looks cool and good only for it to not turn on use a different power cable did not turn on. Looked at all the cables inside did not turn on, even hooked it up directly to the outlet without a power strip no power. Reading the Reddit reviews of this PC buy it at your own risk I think all prebuilt pcs are so hardware sensitive that anything will cause it to defect. Personally I lost my encouragement to buy a pc and sticking to my Xbox lol. I don’t think HP even cares about testing their stuff before sending it but whatever.

So i just wrote a review stating best buys app really sucks i had such a terrible time this computer i selected was $-140 less and i drove over an hour to find its wasnt at the outlet store 47miles away. Did anyone care not a concern in the world. I had to get ignored by the employees in Fredericksburg who had nothing to do but gather at the front door and avoid looking at the 4vpeople in line waiting 15mins posting reviews on google. The computer was great i didnt get a used one like i ordered. I paid full price and ended up upgrading the processer to AMD 7 anyways. $170. Wish radio shack was still around.

Great product and nice price which I got it from the thanksgiving season

Thought this would be a good first pc so I took it home took it out the box, took out the 8gb hyperx ram stick and put Corsair Vengeance 8gb x2 (16gb) in ran fine for an hour while setting all my stuff up first night, got late so I shut it off went to sleep, woke up pc turned on but black screen no display, tried everything like putting old ram stick in, taking battery out, changing hdmi, changing monitors, nothing. Took it in to get replaced and took the new one home, I thought maybe it was my fault for trying to change something on it so this time I didnt touch anything, ran fine the first night played cod for a couple hours, shut off pc and went to sleep. Woke up the next morning to the same thing, black screen no display, this time the pc turned on for 40 seconds then shut off, unplugged for 5 minutes then the pc turned on and stayed on but still black screen. Tried everything again but still nothing so returned. Wouldn’t recommend.

I bought it an waited for it excited to get a new computer. Just for it to not work out the box.

To start, this PC is simply put. The greatest purchase ive made yet. I bought this as a gift to my friend and throughout the year he has had it he has had nothing but good things to say. It has been able to successfully play, run, stream, download, and store every game he has thrown at it. Granted its not THE fastest pc on earth but it certainly is the BEST value. The literal only thing he has needed to change is simply adding new/ more ram. And to be honest thats very impressive considering its a pre-built pc. The packaging was 5 star, the performance is 5 star, its overall as i said the best purchase ive made. Another thing to mention is that 99% of pre-built computers usually use most of the money for the pc on the GPU and CPU and nothing else, meaning that some of the MOST important parts end up being very low quality, like the motherboard, ram, PSU (Power supply), and storage. Now that being said this pre built pc has done no such thing. For this pc joy get overall great performance, quality, and price. I was very hesitant at first to buy a pre built for those reasons but this exceeded my expectations immeasurably. The quality of cable management was also 5 star, (another thing pre built comapines ofter suffer at) the case, fans, and airflow are also excellent. It also has very good RGB throughout the entire pc with huge ease of access. The UI in the pre bult software is also excellent and VERY user friendly. The compatability with cords, ports, expansion is also incredible. If you need more ram, you can add more ram if you want a faster cpu (though unnecessary) you CAN replace it, same goes for every other part in the pc. If you even wanted to you get replace the case as well. Like i said its simply the best price to performance option that i have ever seen and ive seen THOUSANDS of other options and nothing compared to it hence why i made the purchase. This was easily the best review i have ever given to a product and has been the best experience with a product. You WILL NOT be disappointed with this purchase if its something you need. Thank you Omen for making a genuinely great pc i will continue to buy your products. And if you are wondering, no I'm not gasslighting or joking in the slightest this is how i actually feel and i felt it deserved this.

It’s been around 9 months since I’ve purchased this pc and I’ve been pretty satisfied. I hardly ever leave reviews but I look for good honest reviews before I purchase something so here’s mine. So far every game I’ve played on this pc has run amazingly on high settings. My only issue has been internal temperatures getting high. I do plan on case swapping it soon to add more cooling and upgrading the ram but those are small upgrades. For an affordable starter pc I would 100% recommend this. Eventually everyone ends up wanting to upgrade their pc’s and I think this is a perfect budget starter pc.

This PC is exactly what I needed. A solid computer that doesn't break the bank. I have upgraded the ram and this baby screams. It has held up almost flawlessly to all games that I have thrown at it. The slot for an extra M2 was a nice touch as I maxed out the main one very quickly. I would 100% recommend this to anyone needing a solid computer and doesn't need the top tier PC with the top tier price tag that comes with it. It is also very sturdy and doesn't feel like any corners were cut. Would be great for students and gamers alike.

I love my new PC. After reading some reviews, I had been a little concerned that I might need to upgrade the fan or that the entire PC might not work at all, but it works great! I can run the Resident Evil remakes in the highest graphical settings with no issues, and have other programs running in the background. Ive streamed gameplay with this, and compared to my old PC the video comes out loads better. If youre looking for a good gaming PC, I highly recommend this one!

Very good pc to start off with this was my second omen pc and this one is way better than my previous omen I was able to upgrade the ram to 32gb and graphics card to a 3050 immediately and with ease

Easy to upgrade. Already swapped the ram out just waiting for a 3060 to be shipped out to throw in it. The 1660 super that comes in it is decent Ryzen 5 seems to run my games okay. Luckily I got this system on sale for 400 off. Honestly wouldn't have bought it if it was full price.

I bought this open-box after reading reviews how some people said it stopped working immediately. So far, I love it. I got a MASSIVE discount on it in essentially new condition. I added a 1 TB HDD stored internally as well as 2 more 8GB RAM sticks and it runs games flawlessly. The colors are very pretty of course but I also just love the simplicity of the case design. It's very easy to modify and add to the interior while looking nice! So far I am glad I took the chance.
